Abstract: An accessory that is wearable around a boot or other high-top shoe includes a generally flat strap having a first side, a second side, a first end and a second end. A patch of hook material may be secured to the first side of the strap adjacent to the first end and a patch of loop material may be secured to the second side of the strap adjacent to the second end. The strap has a length sufficient to wrap around the shaft of a boot and reduce an effective circumference of the boot shaft with the patch of hook material in face-to-face engagement with the patch of loop material.
