  • Patent number: 11931920
Abstract: The disclosure provides a method of monitoring a flow rate of a liquid additive comprising measuring the flow rate of the liquid additive with a flow meter; transmitting the measurements of the flow rate to a controller; transmitting, from a variable frequency drive (VFD), measurements of a rotational speed of a motor to the controller, wherein the VFD is coupled to the motor; transmitting measurements from a level sensor to the controller; determining whether the flow rate of the liquid additive is a non-zero rate; utilizing the measurements transmitted to the controller as feedback to compare against a designated set point; calculating an error between the feedback and the designated set point to calculate an updated output; and transmitting the updated output to the VFD to change the flow rate of the liquid additive.

  • Patent number: 11610492
Abstract: A unified data management system for operating a UAS via an open architecture distributed architecture and use thereof. The system provides for the functional operation of all aspects required for operating a UAS throughout its service life. The system comprises a plurality of modules or individual sub-programs, each of which cooperatively functions with the other modules of the system, such that the system functions as a cooperative whole in the operation of a UAS. The System provides for adaptability to new and yet even unforeseen needs. When such need arises, a module tailored to satisfy such need may be prepared and integrated into the system. Further, in the case where the system is open architecture, third party users may create new modules that may be optionally incorporated into the system. The system allows for simultaneous access and use via a plurality of users in a plurality of remote locations.

  • Publication number: 20220230463
Abstract: An interactive system for identifying and correcting inconsistencies between a written work, an audio reading of the written work, and a resulting transcription of the audio reading. The system stores on a computing device connected to a network a manuscript, an audio version of the manuscript, and a transcription of the audio version of the manuscript. Via a transcription engine, difference and comparison engine, and a user device having a visual interface, a user is visually presented via the display the inconsistencies between the transcript and the manuscript, the user can amend the manuscript and/or the transcript to reconcile the works, the user can listen to a corresponding section of the corresponding audio file, and the user can interact with collaborators in a context aware interface. Upon the user processing, the manuscript may be read and listened to simultaneously as an enhanced e-book through a separate software tool.
