  • Patent number: 11786175
Abstract: Safe and effective exercise poses a specific set of challenges for subjects diagnosed with diabetes. These challenges include the coordination of exercise with blood glucose monitoring and insulin administration. Failure to coordinate these factors effectively can lead to various pathologies related to aberrant blood glucose levels. Presented herein are methods, systems, algorithms, computer program products, and computer-executable code for exercise guidance and instruction specific to diabetes relief and management. The approaches as disclosed herein can help ameliorate, slow, or reduce a likelihood of developing a diabetic condition.

  • Patent number: 11684058
Abstract: A hinge system is provided for a boom of an agricultural product applicator that facilitates a compact folded boom width in a transport mode by providing a multi-directional folding, including folding with compound movement components to reorient a primarily horizontal stack of boom sections to a primarily vertical stack of the boom sections, when fully folded. The hinge system may include multiple hinge joints with pivot axes that are oriented at different angles to allow for substantially horizontal folding movements followed by a rolling-type movement(s) that reorients a generally horizontal stack of boom sections into a generally vertical stack of boom sections to decrease an overall width of the applicator when in transport mode.

  • Publication number: 20220339875
Abstract: Techniques for flexible, on-site additive manufacturing of components or portions thereof for transport structures are disclosed. An automated assembly system for a transport structure may include a plurality of automated constructors to assemble the transport structure. In one aspect, the assembly system may span the full vertically integrated production process, from powder production to recycling. At least some of the automated constructors are able to move in an automated fashion between the station under the guidance of a control system. A first of the automated constructors may include a 3-D printer to print at least a portion of a component and to transfer the component to a second one of the automated constructors for installation during the assembly of the transport structure. The automated constructors may also be adapted to perform a variety of different tasks utilizing sensors for enabling machine-learning.

  • Publication number: 20210221626
Abstract: A distribution ramp system for a dry product applicator with a pneumatic conveyance system is provided which lifts product that drags along a bottom surface(s) of a delivery line's wall(s) back into a main central or primary airflow portion that carries the product downstream through the pneumatic conveyance system. The system may include a ramp that nests against a bottom wall of the delivery line with a narrow front and wide back so the ramp presents a gradual wedge facing toward the incoming upstream airflow entrained with particulate material of the product, urging particulate material dragging on the bottom wall to lift away from the bottom wall and toward reentry into the primary airflow portion.
