An Application Programming Interface (API) is provided to hash and store ledger entries, ledger accesses, and/or documents associated with the PO. An interface is provided that uses the API to obtain the ledger, selective entries of the ledger, the PO, selective portions of the PO, ledger accesses, and/or selective documents associated with the PO from the private blockchain.

Abstract: A cooking apparatus for preparing food includes a vessel, a burner, an electrically controllable valve, a thermocouple and a thermally actuated switch. The vessel is configured for containing a fluid and the burner is positioned for providing a gas flame to the vessel. The valve is coupled between the burner and a gas source and the thermocouple is positioned to sense a temperature of the flame provided by the burner. The thermally actuated switch is serially coupled between the valve and the thermocouple. The switch provides a conduction path between the valve and the thermocouple, when a temperature sensed by the thermal switch is less than a predetermined temperature. The switch is integrally mounted to the vessel to sense a temperature of the fluid contained within the vessel.

Abstract: A pressure regulator comprising a housing, a pivoting lever selectively covering a passage between an inlet port and an outlet port of the housing, a diaphragm interconnected to the lever to rotate the lever in reaction to pressure levels in the housing, and a closure member abutting the pivoting lever and covering the passage to prevent fluid flow through the passage. The pressure regulator can have the closure member not being directly connected to the lever, a stabilizer element frictionally abutting a pivot pin as the lever rotates to thereby stabilize movement of the lever, an adjustment member that translates rotational movement of an adjustment cap into compression or decompression of a biasing element without applying a rotational force to the biasing element, and/or the cap including a tab configured to be selectively inserted at least one slot on the housing to prevent rotation of the adjustment cap.
