  • Patent number: 4371166
Abstract: A geometric puzzle in the general shape of a cylinder is disclosed. The puzzle is comprised of eight side segments of identical outside dimensions and top and bottom portions of similar dimensions. Each top and bottom portion has a plurality of pairs of posts of different or the same diameters. The eight side segments each have two pairs of holes the diameters of which match those of the posts, when properly assembled to the top and bottom pieces. A cylindrical liner, printed with the indicia of a beverage can, fits over the assembled ten pieces. In addition, a clear plastic liner is provided to fit over the printed liner.

  • Patent number: 4181240
Abstract: A flexible dispenser for dispensing the top sheet of flexible material from a sheaf or pile of flexible materials such as paper, comprising an anchor for anchoring the dispenser, for example, in the form of a flange to be interposed between the top edge of a sheaf of paper and the front wall of a receptacle containing such paper, and a flexible or partially flexible relatively elongate dispensing member as such dispenser extending over the top sheet of paper and provided near its bottom edge with friction gripping substance on the top and bottom surfaces whereby when the dispensing member is moved rearwardly away from the point of ultimate emission of the paper, it will bow into a convex configuration causing the top sheet of paper to assume a similar configuration causing it to lift away from the remainder of the material in the sheaf and become available to be grasped for removal from the receptacle.

  • Patent number: 4026531
Abstract: A tray container for liquid chemical compositions such as those used in developing photographs or pictures, is pivotally carried on a support for tilting or rocking movement. A spring biased support means is disposed under one end of the tray and a motor driven movable cam is located under the other end. The tray is tilted at one end when engaged by the cam surface and the other end thereupon compresses the spring. When the cam surface becomes disengaged from the tray, the spring is relieved and returns the other end of the tray to its initial position with a jar or snap action, thereby agitating the liquid chemical in the tray.
