The holder assembly includes a carriage and a holder coupled to the carriage. The holder can hold a garbage container. The carriage of the holder assembly can slide up and down on the rails of the frame assembly. The holder is movable relative to the carriage (for example, by tipping the holder) to empty contents out of the garbage container when the carriage is in a raised position on the ramp.
