    Abstract: A draining apparatus for collecting fluids from a container. This device consists essentially of a base and a rotational receptacle support, which holds and rotates, the container, which is to be drained. The container is held in a nearly horizontal position with the container opening oriented outward and is rotated at high speed so that sufficient centrifugal force is developed to empty the contents. The contents are emptied into a collector, which allows for convenient transfer to a second container using a syringe type plunger.
