    Abstract: Some of the present implementations provide a method for a user equipment (UE) for performing a handover procedure with minimum mobility interruption. The method receives, at the UE, a reconfiguration message that has an indicator for performing a dual-connectivity based (DC-based) handover procedure. The method then performs the DC-based handover procedure without reestablishing a packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) entity of the UE during the DC-based handover procedure. The PDCP entity maintains a plurality of security keys to decipher PDCP packets received from at least one of a source base station and a target base station during the handover procedure and while the UE is transitioning from the source base station to the target base station.

The method includes transmitting a CHO command to a UE, the CHO command including a CHO command ID and a measurement ID associated with the CHO command ID; causing the UE to execute the CHO command to handover to a target BS when a trigger condition associated with the measurement ID is fulfilled; causing the UE to forgo transmitting the measurement report during the execution of the CHO command despite the UE being configured, via a report configuration associated with the measurement ID, to transmit the measurement report; transmitting, to the UE, a message that causes the UE to remove the CHO command; and after transmitting the message to the UE, determining that the report configuration is removed by the UE without transmitting, to the UE, an instruction to remove the report configuration.

    Abstract: An example electronic device includes a controller to determine a user touch detection by a power adaptor coupled to the electronic device to operate the electronic device in an AC power mode. The power adaptor may comprise a proximity sensor to detect a user touch for detachment of the power adaptor from the electronic device, and a control circuit to operate a configuration pin in a low output mode to signal user touch detection. The controller may initiate central processing unit (CPU) throttling to reduce power consumption by the electronic device. The controller may further stop CPU throttling in response to detecting that the power adaptor has been detached from the electronic device. Further, the controller may switch the electronic device to a DC power mode to operate using DC power supplied by a battery of the electronic device in response to power adaptor detachment.

The thermal interface material comprises: (A) a polyolefin having at least two hydroxy groups per molecule; (B) at least one thermally conductive filler; (C) a phase change material with a melting point of 25 to 150° C.; and (D) a coupling agent. A content of component (B) is at least 80 mass %, a content of component (C) is 0.01 to 1 mass %, and a content of component (D) is 0.1 to 1 mass %, each based on a total mass of the thermal interface material. The thermal interface material becomes softer as its temperature increases. Meanwhile, the thermal interface material generally does not exhibit pumping-out in electronic devices during power cycling.

The processing device selects a region of interest in each of the plurality of images, the region of interest comprising the test object having a background removed. For the plurality of regions of interest as selected, the method includes comparing, by the processing device, each region of interest with a corresponding profile image and identifying defects in each region of interest. The method includes grading, by the processing device, a cosmetic appearance of each region of interest based on the identified defects. The grades of the cosmetic appearance for each region of interest are stored.

    Abstract: For a non-volatile memory that uses hard bit and soft bit data in error correction operations, to reduce the amount of soft bit data that needs to be transferred from a memory to the controller and improve memory system performance, the soft bit data can be compressed before transfer. After the soft bit data is read and stored into the internal data latches associated with the sense amplifiers, it is compressed within these internal data latches. The compressed soft bit data can then be transferred to the transfer data latches of a cache buffer, where the compressed soft bit data can be consolidated and transferred out over an input-output interface. Within the input-output interface, the compressed data can be reshuffled to put into logical user data order if needed.
