Abstract: A method of fabricating a semiconductor structure includes selective use of a cladding layer during the fabrication process to provide critical dimension uniformity. The cladding layer can be formed before forming a recess in an active channel structure or can be formed after filling a recess in an active channel structure with dielectric material. These techniques can be used in semiconductor structures such as gate-all-around (GAA) transistor structures implemented in an integrated circuit.

Abstract: Provided are a package structure having stacked semiconductor dies with wavy sidewalls and a method of forming the same. The package structure includes: a first die and a second die bonded together; a first encapsulant laterally encapsulating the first die; and a second encapsulant laterally encapsulating the second die, wherein a second interface of the second die in contact with the second encapsulant is a wavy interface in a cross-sectional plane.

Abstract: A method for compensating probe misplacement and a probe apparatus are provided. The method is applicable to a probe module which includes a probe and a fixing base. The probe includes a probe body section and a probe tip section. The probe body section is fixed on the fixing base. The method includes: measuring a temperature of a probe body of the probe body section of the probe; calculating, according to the temperature of the probe body, thermal expansion amount of the probe along a length direction of the probe body section; calculating a compensation value according to the thermal expansion amount; moving the probe or a to-be-tested element according to the calculated compensation value, to align a probe tip of the probe tip section with the to-be-tested element or align the to-be-tested element with the probe tip of the probe tip section.

The bottom face of the second massaging member has embossed structure and serves as a second massaging face. A user can select the first massaging face or the second massaging face to massage human body so that the handheld massager can be switched between different massaging modes. When a user holds the second massaging member to massage human body with the first massaging member, the second massaging face simultaneously stimulates and massages the palm of the user.

Abstract: A bathing brush has a first cleaning ball composed of a first net tube, a second cleaning ball composed of a second net tube, a separation device provided between the first and second cleaning balls having a gripping portion at a periphery thereof and at least a hole at a center thereof, and a connection device running through the hole of the separation device and wound around the net tubes to bond the net tubes at opposite sides of the separation device respectively and make the net tubes expanded to form the first second cleaning balls.

Abstract: Massaging device with double massaging functions, including a main body and at least one roller assembly including a roller pivotably disposed on a predetermined portion of the main body about a pivot shaft and a resilient member which is cylindrical and made of flexible material. The resilient member is fitted around the roller and has a top end and a body section. Multiple first and second protuberances are respectively formed on outer faces of the top end and body section of the resilient member. By means of rolling the roller assembly, the second protuberances in turn contact with and massage human skin to achieve a pressing type massaging effect. Alternatively, a user can hammer a part of human body with the first protuberances to achieve a hammering type massaging effect.

Abstract: Crimped bath scrubber including at least one blank material extending in a predetermined direction. The blank material is made of multiple first yarns and second yarns by a non-weaving measure. The blank material includes a substrate layer formed of the first yarns and a top layer overlaid on the substrate layer and formed of the second yarns. Corresponding portions of the first and second yarns are connected. The extending direction of the second yarns and the extending direction of the first yarns and the extending direction of the blank material respectively contains predetermined angles. The blank material is formed with multiple upward or downward bent crimped sections. The contained angle of each bent crimped section is less than 90 degrees, whereby the blank material is formed with multiple triangular solid spaces and the blank material is more spongy and fluffy so as to contain more water and bubble therein. The angles of the crimped sections provide better cleaning effect.
