Abstract: A marker pen includes a hollow shank comprising a finger grip including a forward opening and a cavity; a spring depressible ink applicator and ink source assembly slidably disposed in the shank; a handle for actuating the assembly; a hub in the finger grip and comprising an axial channel with the ink applicator being adapted to slide therethrough, and a forward truncated conic recess being in communication with the cavity and the channel; a metal sleeve in a forward enlarged portion of the channel; and a spherical magnetic member having a diameter greater than that of the metal sleeve so as to seat on one end of the sleeve when a marking face of the ink applicator is in a non-operating position. Pushing the handle will project the marking face out of the forward opening of the shank by disengaging the magnetic member from the sleeve.

Abstract: An improved structure of a multi-color pen set essentially comprised of base, penholder, multiple cartridges containing colors different from one another, and upper lid; multiple insertion holes being provided on the base to each receiving and holding in position a pen point; a retainer being provided above the base; multiple sleeves in parallel being provided to the retainer, and a retaining wall being provided on the upper edge of the sleeves in parallel; multiple cartridges being inserted and held in position by the sleeves, then further placed in the penholder to separate from one another by means of the retainer to prevent contacts among the cartridges and to allow easier assembly of the pen set.

Abstract: An improved structure of a multi-cartridge color pen comprised of a hollow barrel, a seat and a base cover, wherein, multiple insertion holes being provided to the base, multiple separators each with a point bottom protruding from the lower edge of the base; multiple sleeves in parallel with one another each containing a cartridge in different color from one another to prevent mixture of colors; a nib being inserted into the hole of the base for drawings lines in different colors.

Abstract: An ink regulating apparatus in a pen, injection molded from high-density plastic grains, comprised of three or more than three gradations retreating downward by control of density in the molding process with the lowest one tapered to slowly and gradually deliver the ink when inserted into a pen-holder to prevent ink leakage, warrant fluent writing and leaves no residual ink when the pen is discarded.
