    Abstract: An item picking and replenishment method is provided. According to the item picking and replenishment method, an item position corresponding to at least one item is output according to an order by a host, and the item position is received by a processing unit of a picking vehicle. A moving signal is generated by the processing unit according to a current position of the picking vehicle and the item position. A rotary encoder of the picking vehicle is used to move the picking vehicle to the item position according to the moving signal. The item is obtained from a shelf by an insertion fork of the picking vehicle. The insertion fork is disposed on a placement layer of a placement shelf, and the placement layer is a tilted layer.

The separating plate is disposed inside the casing to form an accommodating space and a storage space. The horizontal plates and the vertical plates are disposed inside the accommodating space and cooperate with the casing to form accommodating subspaces. Each covering plate is pivoted to the casing. The driving unit connects to the horizontal plates and the vertical plates. The computer unit obtains the size of an object. When the size of the object exceeds a preset size, the computer unit sends a driving signal to the driving unit, and the driving unit controls at least one horizontal plate or at least one vertical plate to move into the storage space according to the driving signal to accommodate the object.

    Abstract: A Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) reader data integration device and a method thereof are provided. The RFID data integration device records the communication protocols, the control instructions of the RFID readers manufactured by any factory and the interpretive program in the central control chip, so as to correctly read the first data in order to achieve the effect of real-time monitoring. The RFID data integration device then performs the data processing on the received data according to the interpretive program recorded in the central control chip.. The RFID reader data integration device may transmit information of the RFID readers to a back-end terminal machine. Thus the RFID reader data integration device can simplify the environment of the RFID application and raise the popularity of RFID.
