Publication number: 20240122956Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of medicine and specifically to an application of naringin combined with rapamycin in preparation of medications for treating hyperlipidemia. Naringin achieves anti-inflammatory and lipid-lowering effects by inhibiting the formation of oxLp-NLRP3 complexes. The present disclosure has been substantiated through cellular experiments and animal experiments, it demonstrates that naringin effectively intervenes in the early progression of hyperlipidemia by neutralizing oxLp and inhibiting the formation of oxLp-NLRP3 complexes. The inhibitory effect of naringin on oxLp-NLRP3 complexes contributes to unleashing the therapeutic potential of rapamycin in hyperlipidemia, providing a combined strategy for the prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia-related diseases in clinical applications.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 28, 2023Publication date: April 18, 2024Applicant: AIR FORCE MEDICAL UNIVERSITYInventors: Lina Niu, Kaiyan Wang, Weiwei Yu, Wen Qin, Yuxuan Ma, Chen Lei

Patent number: 11947958Abstract: A technique manages objects in a software development project. In particular, in response to receiving a commit request for committing a group of objects, a group of historical commit requests associated with the group of objects are acquired based on a commit history, wherein historical commit requests in the group of historical commit requests involve the group of objects. A candidate object is selected from at least one object involved in the historical commit requests that is different from the group of objects. An association relationship between the candidate object and the group of objects is determined. The candidate object is identified as a missing object in response to determining that the association relationship satisfies a predetermined condition, the missing object indicating an object associated with the commit request but not included in the commit request. Accordingly, objects that are missing in a commit request can be automatically checked.Type: GrantFiled: December 22, 2021Date of Patent: April 2, 2024Assignee: EMC IP Holding Company LLCInventors: Chen Zhang, Lei Lei, Dazhi Dong

Publication number: 20240087955Abstract: A method and apparatus for forming tungsten features in semiconductor devices is provided. The method includes exposing a top opening of a feature formed in a substrate to a physical vapor deposition (PVD) process to deposit a tungsten liner layer within the feature. The PVD process is performed in a first processing region of a first processing chamber and the tungsten liner layer forms an overhang portion, which partially obstructs the top opening of the feature. The substrate is transferred from the first processing region of the first processing chamber to a second processing region of a second processing chamber without breaking vacuum. The overhang portion is exposed to nitrogen-containing radicals in the second processing region to inhibit subsequent growth of tungsten along the overhang portion. The feature is exposed to a tungsten-containing precursor gas to form a tungsten fill layer over the tungsten liner layer within the feature.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 1, 2023Publication date: March 14, 2024Inventors: Yi XU, Xianyuan ZHAO, Zhimin QI, Aixi ZHANG, Geraldine VASQUEZ, Dien-Yeh WU, Wei LEI, Xingyao GAO, Shirish PETHE, Wenting HOU, Chao DU, Tsung-Han YANG, Kyoung-Ho BU, Chen-Han LIN, Jallepally RAVI, Yu LEI, Rongjun WANG, Xianmin TANG

Patent number: 9587186Abstract: An apparatus for the gasification of coal or other carbonaceous material is provided for operation at an elevated pressure of at least 30 psia, preferably, between 30 psia and 150 psia. Coal or other carbonaceous material passes downwards through two interconnected sections of a gasifier. In the upper section the coal is dried and partially devolatalized and so converted into a char before it passes into the lower section where it is converted, by reaction with steam and air, into ash and a gaseous mixture of carbon monoxide, hydrogen, carbon dioxide, methane, ethane, ethylene, hydrogen sulphide, carbonyl sulphide and small amounts of ammonia and phenols. The coal, ultimately converted to ash, exits the gasifier through a flanged semi-spherical containment section that has an integrated rotating grate, which collects and disposes of the ash and through which pass the air and steam used as reactants in the gasifier.Type: GrantFiled: May 13, 2009Date of Patent: March 7, 2017Assignee: EPIC CLEAN TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATIONInventors: David W.
