  • Patent number: 7988806
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a rubber magnet with a colored facial gum material layer and a rubber magnet thereof. A colored gum material layer is paved on a surface of the rubber magnet. A surfactant is added into the colored gum material layer. An identical surfactant or a surfactant with very close polarity is added into the material of the rubber magnet, whereby the surfaces of the gum material layer and the rubber magnet can tightly adhere to each other without easy peeling. In addition, antiscaling agent, wetting/spreading agent and defoaming agent are added into the gum material layer to fully wet the color and uniformly spread the color over the gum material so as to enhance the evenness of the color.

  • Patent number: 7790259
Abstract: A cut-free magnetic tape structure including an elongated tape-type soft magnetic substrate. The substrate has an upper releasable face and a lower adhesive face. A sprayed or painted coating is sprayed or painted on the releasable face. An adhesive layer is overlaid on the adhesive face. At least one of the two faces of the substrate is embossed with embossed textures. The embossed textures are one by one adjacently arranged on the face in an extending direction of the tape structure. The elongated tape can be wound into a roll for easy carriage. A user can apply an external force or shear force to the substrate along at least one embossed texture to tear apart the tape or tear off a segment of the embossed magnetic tape.

  • Publication number: 20100071842
Abstract: A magnet structure with colorable surface and a method for manufacturing the magnet structure. The method includes a step of disposing a colorable facial layer on a surface of the magnet. The material of the colorable facial layer is a mixture of polymer resin, good ink-absorbing material and tackifier, whereby the colorable facial layer has high adhesion to the surface of the magnet. In addition, the colorable facial layer can easily absorb an ink or a color so that the colorable facial layer can be further colored or printed with a figure.

  • Patent number: 7674509
Abstract: A tape-type magnet including a soft magnetic substrate which is a thin strip or tape with magnetic attraction. A first adhesive layer is uniformly laid on one face of the magnetic substrate. A releasable facial layer is bonded with the other face of the magnetic substrate via a second adhesive layer. The adhesion provided by the second adhesive layer is greater than an adhesion provided by the first adhesive layer, whereby the releasable facial layer is releasable from the first adhesive layer. The magnetic substrate is wound into a roll with the second adhesive layer serving as an outer face and the first adhesive serving as an outer face and the first adhesive layer serving as an inner face. An outermost end of the magnetic substrate can be easily unwound and tore off into a segment.

  • Publication number: 20090297782
Abstract: A soft magnet structure including a flat sheet of soft magnet. The sheet is embossed with a pattern of densely arranged stripes. The depth of the embossed stripe pattern ranges 0.1 mm and between 0.3 mm. The stripes extend in the same direction and are arranged on at least one surface of the sheet, whereby an external force or shear force is applied to the soft magnet along the stripes, the soft magnet can be torn apart in the direction of the stripes.

  • Publication number: 20090104394
Abstract: A thin tape-type magnetic decorative body including multiple magnetic decorative sheet units, which are interconnected to form an elongated magnetic decorative strap. Each magnetic decorative sheet unit is a soft magnetic thin sheet body with a predetermined configuration. At least one face of the magnetic decorative sheet unit is magnetically attractive. A connecting section with weakened structural strength is connected between each two adjacent magnetic decorative sheet units. An external force is applicable to one of the connecting sections to easily fold or split apart the magnetic decorative strap along the connecting section, whereby the magnetic decorative strap can be easily divided into segments with desired lengths for separate use.
