    Abstract: A wafer lift pin system is capable of dynamically modulating or adjusting the flow of gas into and out of lift pins of the wafer lift pin system to achieve and maintain a consistent pressure in supply lines that supply the gas to the lift pins. This enables the wafer lift pin system to precisely control the speed, acceleration, and deceleration of the lift pins to achieve consistent and repeatable lift pin rise times and fall times. A controller and various sensors and valves may control the gas pressures in the wafer lift pin system based on various factors, such as historic rise times, historic fall times, and/or the condition of the lift pins. This enables smoother and more controlled automatic operation of the lift pins, which reduces and/or minimizes wafer shifting and wafer instability, which may reduce processing defects and maintain or improve processing yields.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a furniture installation component comprises a connecting member, elastic members, a cross member and a T-shaped member. The elastic members are ring structures and covered on the grooves. The cross member is formed by connecting the first hollow pipe member and the second hollow pipe member, and has four first connecting holes. The T-shaped member is formed by connecting the third hollow pipe member and the fourth hollow pipe member, and the T-shaped member has three second connecting holes. The connecting member passes through the cross member and the T-shaped member through the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole. Therefore, the furniture installation component of the present invention can avoid the use of excessive hardware parts and tools, and can avoid the deterioration of the stability of the furniture after repeated disassembly and use, thereby facilitating the purpose of assembly, disassembly and carrying.

    Abstract: A signboard structure includes a base, at least a pair of first electrodes and a pair of second electrodes. The base is formed with plural insertion holes, and includes a tenon and an engaging slot having a contour mated with the tenon. Each light emitting unit includes an insert portion, a light emitting portion disposed above the insert portion, and two conducting terminals contained in the insert portion, and the insert portion of each light emitting unit is pluggable into each slot for respectively and electrically connecting the conducting terminals to the conductive spring plates, such that each light emitting unit is pluggable into each slot to flexibly select each desired slot to be plugged in order to flexibly change the display contents by users.
