The centrifugal heat dissipation fan includes a housing and an impeller disposed in the housing on an axis. The housing has at least one inlet on the axis and has a plurality of outlets in different radial directions, and the plurality of outlets respectively correspond to the plurality of heat sources.

The at least one antenna module is disposed in the at least one window. The at least one antenna module includes a first radiator and a second radiator. The first radiator includes a feeding end, a first ground end joined to the metal casing, a second ground end, a first portion extending from the feeding end to the first ground end, and a second portion extending from the feeding end to the second ground end. A first coupling gap is between the second radiator and the first portion. A second coupling gap is between at least part of the second radiator and the metal casing, and the second radiator includes a third ground end joined to the metal casing.

The metal blades having different radial dimensions form at least two ring areas, and the distribution numbers of the metal blades in the at least two ring areas are different from each other. The ring surrounds the hub and connects the metal blades.

The basin has a bottom opening and is placed upon a water container which has a side water funnel and water inlet to receive water. Fibrous roots of plants may pass through perforated cap to reach water container for water needed. The plant may grow without a lot of human care and attention.
