    Abstract: A liquid crystal lens including a first substrate, a first electrode layer, a liquid crystal layer and a second electrode layer is provided. The second electrode layer includes a plurality of first electrode patterns and a plurality of second electrode patterns. The second electrode patterns are opposite to the first electrode patterns, respectively, and the second electrode patterns and the first electrode patterns are alternately arranged. A square measure of first or second electrode patterns decreases from an edge of the liquid crystal lens to a center of the liquid crystal lens, so that a resistance of the first or second electrode patterns increases from the edge to the center of the liquid crystal lens.

    Abstract: A method and a system of evaluating a stereo image displaying panel are provided. The evaluation method includes the following steps. An inspection frame is displayed on the stereo image displaying panel, wherein the displaying surface of the stereo image displaying panel has a first normal vector. A luminance of the inspection frame is sensed by an image sensing apparatus, wherein the sensing surface of the image sensing apparatus has a second normal vector. An angle is formed between the first normal vector and the second normal vector. The luminance of the inspection frame is sensed in different angles. A maximum luminance of the inspection frame is sensed by the image sensing apparatus when the angle is equal to a first angle. A luminance uniformity of the inspection frame is analyzed at the first angle. An optimized viewable distance is measured, and the degree of cross-talk is calculated.

The first and second filter layer are disposed in the pixel area, and the second filter layer covers the first filter layer. A refractive index of the second filter layer is greater than that of the first filter layer, such that light emitting direction of the first sub-pixel area is different from that of the second sub-pixel area. Besides, a fabricating method of the color filter substrate and an LCD panel with the color filter substrate are provided. The LCD panel with 3D image display or dual-view function can be easily manufactured.
