  • Publication number: 20240088054
Abstract: A carrier structure is provided with a plurality of package substrates connected via connecting sections, and a functional element and a groove are formed on the connecting section, such that the groove is located between the package substrate and the functional element. Therefore, when a cladding layer covering a chip is formed on the package substrate, the groove can accommodate a glue material overflowing from the cladding layer to prevent the glue material from contaminating the functional element.

  • Publication number: 20230402796
Abstract: A USB device includes a base, a circuit board disposed on the base and having front-end and rear-end portions and a ground circuitry, an upper cover, solder points, a switch and a button mount. The rear-end portion is used for inserting into a connection port of a computer terminal. The upper cover covers the front-end portion and has an opening. The solder points are formed on the front-end portion and coupled to the ground circuitry. The switch having a metal cover is soldered to the solder points for controlling wireless connection between the computer terminal and an external device. The button mount is movably disposed through the opening and sleeves the front-end portion for triggering the switch. An electrostatic discharge entering from the opening can pass through a first guide hole of the button mount and is conducted to the ground circuitry via the metal cover and the solder point.

  • Patent number: 11551890
Abstract: A keyswitch includes a cap, first and second support members slidably connected to the cap and opposite to each other, and first and second blocks formed on the cap. The cap is movable between a non-pressed position and a pressed position. The first support member abuts against the first block when the cap is located at the non-pressed position. The first block moves away from the first support member at a first gap when the cap moves downward from the non-pressed position. The first support member abuts against the cap when the cap is located at the non-pressed position, and abuts against the second block when the cap continues moving downward to the pressed position.

  • Patent number: 10971314
Abstract: A key switch includes a base, a key cap, a first support member and a second support member. The key cap is disposed with respect to the base. The first support member and the second support member are disposed between the key cap and the base. The first support member has a first linkage structure. The second support member has a second linkage structure. The first linkage structure and the second linkage structure abut against each other, such that the first support member and the second support member rotate synchronously with respect to a horizontal axis. When one of the first support member and the second support member horizontally moves with respect to the other one of the first support member and the second support member within a predetermined range along the horizontal axis, the first linkage structure and the second linkage structure keep abutting against each other.

  • Patent number: 6523799
Abstract: An adjustable-height stand that attaches to a device and allows for rough and fine adjustment of the height of the device. The stand has a screw rod, an adjusting mechanism, and a supporting mechanism. The supporting mechanism attaches to the device. The adjusting mechanism is connected to the supporting mechanism and the screw rod and has two states. In the fine adjustment state, the height is adjusted by turning the screw rod. In the rough adjustment state, the contact between the screw rod and the adjusting mechanism can be broken so that the supporting mechanism can slide up and down the length of the screw rod without turning the screw rod.

  • Patent number: 6461002
Abstract: A latching mechanism includes an aperture surface through which a threaded rod may pass. Half of the surface of the aperture is smooth and fixed in place relative to a housing. The other half is threaded and formed from an internal module that is slidable within the housing. The internal module is biased by a spring towards the fixed portion of the aperture surface. Flaring tabs on either side of the internal module support the internal module within the housing to ensure that a minimum of contact is established between the housing and the internal module so as to present a smooth latching/unlatching action.
