    Abstract: A sensing circuit coupled to a sensor includes a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor, a fourth transistor, and an oscillator. The first transistor, coupled to a first current source and the sensor, receives a sensing current from the sensor. A gate terminal of the first transistor is connected to a source terminal of the first transistor. The second transistor, coupled to the first transistor and a second current source, generates a first current according to the sensing current. The first current is greater than the sensing current. The third transistor, coupled to the second transistor and the second current source, generates a second current according to the first current. The fourth transistor, coupled to the third transistor, generates a third current. The oscillator is coupled to the fourth transistor. The oscillator generates a signal having an oscillation frequency according to the third current.

    Abstract: A heat exchanger includes a plate member having several continuously folded plates defining a first opening for reception of a fluid from a first direction and a second opening for reception of another fluid from a second direction, and a frame body enclosing the plate member. The frame body has bottom and top plates, left and right plates, and front and rear plates. Each left and right plate has a height smaller than a width of the folded plate member so that the left and right plate define an upper left hole and a lower left hole in cooperation with the top and bottom plates, and that the right plate defines an upper right hole and a lower right hole in cooperation with the top and bottom plates. Two gasket sheets are disposed on inner surfaces of the top and bottom plates in order to abut hermetically against top and bottom edges of the continuously folded plates.

    Abstract: A deep fry apparatus for automatically and sequentially deep frying food articles below the surface of a hot fluid and at different depths or multi-levels in the fluid. An automatic feeder mechanism for feeding food articles to the deep fry apparatus is also disclosed. One embodiment of the deep fry apparatus initially conveys food articles to a bottom step of the deep fryer via a stream of cooking oil flowing through a tube. This embodiment of the deep fry apparatus includes a spiral, stepped grid which conveys the food articles back to the surface of the fluid step by step via a forward/backward stroke mechanism which includes a quick release mechanism for releasing the food articles relative to a step of the grid by the principle of inertia. The food articles are automatically pushed out of the surface and out of the apparatus via the forward/backward stroke mechanism.
