  • Publication number: 20130240886
Abstract: An active device and an active device array substrate are provided, wherein the active device array substrate includes a substrate and a plurality of active devices being located on the substrate, and at least one of the active devices includes a first thin film transistor and a second thin film transistor. The first thin film transistor is located on the substrate and has a first channel layer. The second thin film transistor stacks on the first thin film transistor, wherein the second thin film transistor has a second channel layer. The first thin film transistor and the second thin film transistor share a common gate electrode and the common gate electrode is located between the first channel layer and the second channel layer.

  • Publication number: 20130194213
Abstract: A touch-sensing panel including a substrate, a plurality of first electrode series, a plurality of second electrode series, and a plurality of first floating patterns is provided. Each of the first electrode series includes a plurality of first touch-sensing pads and a plurality of first bridge patterns. The second electrode series are disposed on the substrate and electrically insulated from each other. The second sensing series are intersected with and electrically insulated from the first sensing series. Each of the second electrode series includes a plurality of second touch-sensing pads and a plurality of second bridge patterns. The first floating patterns are disposed between the first sensing series and the second sensing series. Each of the first touch-sensing pads includes at least one extending portion. In addition, there is no first floating pattern located between the extending portion and the second electrode series adjacent thereto.

  • Publication number: 20120206403
Abstract: A touch-sensitive display device includes a color filter substrate, an array substrate, a liquid crystal layer, and a touch-sensing structure. The touch-sensing structure is disposed on the color filter substrate and includes at least one first sensing series and at least one second sensing series overlapped with and spaced apart from the first sensing series. During a touch-sensing operation, the first sensing series receives a common voltage scanning signal, and the second sensing series receives a sensing signal to sense coupling capacitance formed as a result of a touch action when the common voltage scanning signal drives the first sensing series.

  • Publication number: 20100245740
Abstract: A transflective LCD panel and a manufacturing method for lower substrate thereof are provided. The transflective LCD panel includes an upper substrate, a liquid crystal layer and a lower substrate. The liquid crystal layer, including a plurality of liquid crystal molecules, is disposed between the upper substrate and the lower substrate. The lower substrate includes an active array structure layer, a plurality of transparent pixel electrodes and a cushion layer. The active array structure layer includes a plurality of transparent bottom electrodes, transistor structures and an insulation layer. The insulation layer covers the transparent bottom electrode. The transparent pixel electrodes are formed on the active array structure layer, wherein each transparent pixel electrode partially overlaps the corresponding transparent bottom electrode and the overlap is located at the transmissive region.
