The method includes decomposing the two-dimensional matrix to obtain a designated matrix, and dividing the designated matrix according to the first dimension to obtain a feature vector corresponding to each user identification. The method includes performing group division processing for each user identification according to the feature vector corresponding to the user identification to obtain at least one user group.
