A requesting end adds a reserved field to data to be stored to obtain target data, and sends the target data to a storing end. The storing end allocates a memory to cache the target data, generates data metadata of the data to be stored in the target data, and writes the data metadata to a memory location corresponding to the reserved field in the memory. The embodiments of the present disclosure realize zero copying, ensure the efficiency of data storage, and improve the system performance.

Abstract: A data processing method including: searching for a smallest data unit of a buffer with regard to appending data in an append write request; sequentially writing at least some of the appending data into the smallest data unit of the buffer to obtain a first smallest data unit to be stored, and writing data not yet written in the appending data into at least one smallest data unit to obtain at least one second smallest data unit to be stored; writing the first smallest data unit to be stored into a storage device in an overwriting manner, and sequentially writing the at least one second smallest data unit to be stored into the storage device; and buffering a smallest data unit not fully written that corresponds to the appending data. The present disclosure ensures data integrity, increase operation convenience, and write operation efficiency.

The data write-in method includes: selecting a target replica server from a plurality of replica servers managed by a metadata server according to remaining capacity of the plurality of replica servers; selecting a write-in disk in the target replica server according to remaining capacity and load of disks managed by the target replica server; and storing write-in data into the write-in disk through the target replica server.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses a method for adjusting distribution of partitioned data. Access frequency information of to-be-processed partitioned data is acquired when an adjustment time corresponding to the to-be-processed partitioned data has arrived; revenue data of each of data centers corresponding to the partitioned data is then determined according to the access frequency information and a preset revenue function; and finally, optimal distribution information is determined according to the revenue data of each of the data centers and a quantity of copies, and a position of each of the copies in each of the data centers is adjusted according to the optimal distribution information. Therefore, without even having to provide additional memory or hard disk for storage, this disclosure dynamically optimizes the distribution status of the partitioned data according to access frequencies and characteristics of the partitioned data, thus reducing transmission bandwidth requirements among data centers.
