  • Publication number: 20240040646
Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a wireless communication method and device. When there is an overlapping region between LL TWT SPs on a plurality of links of an NSTR Non-AP MLD, leader/follower transmission modes on the multiple links are set, so as to solve the problem that a low-latency service on a certain link cannot be transmitted in an LL TWT SP as the NSTR Non-AP MLD cannot receive and transmit at the same time. Therefore, the transmission delay requirement of the low-latency service on the plurality of links of NSTR Non-AP MLD can be guaranteed, and the transmission on the plurality of links of the NSTR Non-AP MLD can be optimized.

  • Patent number: 11794737
Abstract: While operating a vehicle on a travel path, a width of the travel path is determined based on a map. Upon detecting a presence or an absence of a target vehicle in the travel path, a lateral position for the vehicle on the travel path is determined based on the width of the travel path and the presence or absence of the target vehicle. The vehicle is controlled to operate according to the determined lateral position on the travel path and a speed of the vehicle that is based on the determined lateral position on the travel path.

  • Patent number: 11634071
Abstract: A trailer sideswipe avoidance system for a vehicle towing a trailer is disclosed. The trailer sideswipe avoidance system includes a sensor system configured to detect objects in an operating environment of the vehicle. The trailer sideswipe avoidance system may include a controller that processes information received from the sensor system to determine whether the object detected in the operating environment of the vehicle is in the travel path of the towed trailer. A visual display displays a trailer collision alert zone and a trailer collision avoidance zone. The position of the trailer collision avoidance zone on the visual display relative to the position of the trailer collision alert zone on the visual display directionally corresponds with a collision avoidance steering angle of the vehicle relative to a current steering angle of the vehicle when the controller determines that the object is in the travel path of the towed trailer.

  • Patent number: 11584383
Abstract: While a vehicle is in an off state, expiration of a timer and receipt of a first message from a user device are monitored. Upon determining that at least one of the timer has expired or that the first message is received from the user device, a communication network onboard the vehicle is then monitored for a specified set of fault conditions. Upon detecting, on the onboard vehicle communication network, a fault condition included in the set of fault conditions, the fault condition is then identified as one of transient or persistent. A user assist feature of the vehicle is disabled upon identifying that the fault condition is transient and that a second message was received from the user device after the fault condition was detected.

  • Publication number: 20220410931
Abstract: Enhancing situational awareness of an advanced driver assistance system in a host vehicle can be provided by acquiring, with an image sensor, an image data stream comprising a plurality of image frames. Analyzing A vision processor can analyze the image data stream to detect objects, shadows and/or lighting in the image frames. Recognizing A situation recognition engine can recognize at least one most probable traffic situation out of a set of predetermined traffic situations taking into account the detected objects, shadows and/or lighting. A processor can then control the host vehicle taking into account the at least one most probable traffic situation.

  • Publication number: 20220333933
Abstract: Object data in a vehicle moving between first and second endpoints are collected. A path is generated between the first and second endpoints based on the object data. A heading angle of the vehicle and a heading angle of a trailer attached to the vehicle are identified when a current location of the vehicle is the first endpoint or the second endpoint. Upon determining that the heading angle of the trailer is within a threshold of the heading angle of the vehicle, one or more components of the vehicle are actuated to move the vehicle and the trailer along the path generated based on the object data.

  • Publication number: 20220314719
Abstract: A system for a vehicle towing a trailer includes a sensor system configured to detect objects in an operating environment of the vehicle and a controller configured to monitor a relative position of at least one object with respect to the vehicle during an initial vehicle movement and store in memory the information as a reference data set at an instance when the initial vehicle movement ends at a vehicle standstill. The controller is further configured to retrieve from memory the reference data set upon detecting an event indicating an end of the vehicle standstill, process the reference data set to determine whether the at least one object is in a travel path of the trailer corresponding with a subsequent vehicle movement, and execute a contact avoidance measure based on the at least one object being in the travel path of the trailer.

  • Publication number: 20220274592
Abstract: A vehicle is operated along a segment of a stored travel path based on vehicle operating parameters for the segment. The stored travel path includes a risk level for the segment. The risk level for the segment is updated based on actuating a vehicle component to avoid an object along the segment. The vehicle operating parameters for the segment are updated based on the updated risk level. The vehicle is operated along the segment based on the updated vehicle operating parameters.

  • Publication number: 20220198201
Abstract: A sub-area in an area is identified as an authorized sub-area for a vehicle to access based on detecting a first object in the sub-area from first sensor data. Then a parameter of the first object is determined from the first sensor data. Upon detecting a second object in the sub-area from second sensor data, a parameter of the second object is determined based on the second sensor data. The sub-area is determined valid based on determining the parameter of the second object is different than the parameter of the first object.

  • Patent number: 9914151
Abstract: An apparatus is provided for applying adhesive to a compressor liner having a longitudinal central axis. A first roller has a longitudinal central axis and has an outer circumferential surface which is immersed in adhesive in an adhesive sink. A second roller has a longitudinal central axis and is radially spaced apart from the first roller. The second roller has same outer diameter as the first roller and has an outer circumferential surface which is not immersed in adhesive in the adhesive sink. The first and second rollers cooperate to support the compressor liner for rotation about its longitudinal central axis. A drive mechanism includes a constant speed drive for rotating the first and second rollers about their longitudinal central axes at a constant rotational speed to allow a consistent weight and uniform layer of adhesive to be transferred from the first roller to the compressor liner.
