The method includes: receiving image data transmitted by a target terminal, obtaining target feature information based on the image data, wherein the target feature information represents an environment feature of the target terminal, looking up a table of predetermined correspondences between pieces of feature information and pieces of location information, so as to determine target location information corresponding to the target feature information, and transmitting the target location information to the target terminal. According to the present disclosure for terminal positioning, more accurate target location information may be obtained to improve the positioning accuracy and reliability.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method and apparatus for displaying a virtual object in three-dimensional (3D) space at a desired position with respect to a user. The method includes displaying a first 3D object at a first position through displaying a first left eye image and a first right eye image; and receiving a user interaction with the first 3D object. The first position is within a reachable distance to the user. The method further includes determining an actual coordinate values of the first 3D object with respect to the user based on the user interaction with the first 3D object; calculating positions of the user's left eye and right eye; and displaying the virtual object at the desired position based on the positions of the user's left eye and right eye.
