    Abstract: The present invention relates to a fusion protein for enhancing expression efficiency of a target protein. More specifically, the present invention relates to a glutamyl-prolyl-tRNA synthetase from human (hEPRS) WHEP domain (including WHEP domains TRS-1, TRS-2, and TRS-3 which locate at middle sites of the EPRS protein, and linkers connecting the three domains therethrough). When used as a fusion protein for expressing a target protein in E. coli, the hEPRS WHEP domain according to the present invention enhanced water solubility of the target protein.

The touch sensitive display panel includes a flexible substrate, a thin film transistor (TFT) layer including a plurality of light-emitting elements, an insulation layer in which a via-hole is formed, and a touch sensor. The first lead is formed on the TFT layer in the screen area and the extended area and connects the control circuit and the plurality of light-emitting elements. The second lead is formed on the insulation layer in the screen area and on the TFT layer in the extended area, and extends from the screen area to the extended area through the via-hole formed in the insulation layer and connects the control circuit and the touch sensor.

In the method of generating an image code, a two-dimensional image is generated by encoding the configured basic information and the error correction information, and disposing the encoded basic and error correction information in predetermined regions, respectively.     Abstract: Provided are a method and apparatus for decoding a mixed code that is a combination of first and second code images. In the method, a mixed code image is obtained by receiving the original image having the mixed code image and removing noise from the original image. Next, the colors, shades, and brightnesses of pixels of the mixed code image are categorized into groups based on a predetermined threshold, the mixed code image is divided into first and second code images, and first and second information are extracted by decoding the first and second code images, respectively.
