    Abstract: In a graft polymer and a method of preparing the graft polymer, polycarboxylic acid is polymerized from unsaturated carboxylic acid according to the following reaction equation (2). Then, an esterification reaction of polycarboxylic acid and polyoxyalkylene glycol is conducted according to the following reaction equation (3). Thus obtained graft polymer has a good dispersing property.
