Abstract: An intermediary service provider is established to automatically request a corresponding security freeze at each of many redundant credit bureaus upon the enrollment of a particular consumer with the service provider. Each request of a security freeze to each credit bureau prompts that respective credit bureau to generate a unique identification code. Only the return of the correct respective unique identification code will enable the respective security freeze to be released. Accordingly, with the automated support of the service provider, the particular consumer seizes control of their security freeze credentials from each credit bureau before an identity thief can wreck havoc.

Abstract: An enterprising identity thief may open new credit accounts in a consumer's name and then place a credit freeze on a consumer's credit file, thus making it more difficult to detect or remedy the identity theft. This problem may be solved by automatically requesting a security freeze at each of the three main credit bureaus upon the enrollment of a consumer with the service provider. The requesting of the security freeze may result in the credit bureau generating an identification code for the consumer at each of the credit bureaus. The service provider then may immediately request that the security freeze be removed. Accordingly, the consumer may gain control of the security freeze credentials from each credit bureau before the identity thief.

Abstract: A package assembly or kit can be used in conjunction with storing and dispensing adhesive materials. The package assembly can include an enclosure in which an applicator and a container may be positioned. The container contains adhesive material. The enclosure may include a base and a cover. The base preferably includes one or more cavities, with at least one applicator disposed in one of the cavities. Further, the container may be disposed in another of the cavities. The cover may be provided with a plurality of wells. The container may include a restrictor positioned within a neck of the container. The restrictor is provided to limit the volume of adhesive material retained in an absorbent end of an applicator such as a swab. The package assembly can be provided in a sterilized condition.
