The extension arm is mounted rotatably on the support rod and is turnable upward and downward to adjust an inclined angle with respect to a horizontal direction. The baby rest member is mounted on the extension arm opposite to the support rod and is pivotable to move forward and backward relative to the front end of the armrest unit.
