Abstract: A lid unit for use with a beverage container. The lid unit includes a lid body having a lid cover and a side wall extending downwardly from the lid cover; and a drink straw having a gas relief valve detachably fitted to the lid body. In particular, a rotatable top plate can be placed on the lid cover; and the gas relief valve can permit the pressured gas to escape the lid unit. The gas relief valve can include a valve body, flexible strip and spool. Also, the lid cover has an annular raised rim, and defines two drink orifices. The first drink orifice is shaped and sized to be an elongated slot, and the second drink orifice is shaped and sized to be a circular hole for insertion of the drink straw. The two drink orifices are spaced apart circumferentially and in fluid communication with the beverage container.

Abstract: Provided herein are protective masks made with polymer-based materials and methods of forming the materials. Methods of forming the interlaced polymer-based materials comprise applying adhesive to a substrate, electrospinning a first polymer solution onto the substrate from a first group of spinning electrodes, electrospinning a second polymer solution onto the substrate from a second group of spinning electrodes, and applying hot air to dry the polymer-based materials electrospun from the first polymer solution and the second polymer solution to form the interlaced polymer-based materials.

The covering member is constructed and arranged to form at least a portion of the mini-oven door or to be placed between the cooking cavity and the mini-oven door when the door is closed, so as to limit access to the cooking cavity through the opening of the mini-oven. The covering member may reduce the quantity of heat energy lost from the cooking cavity when the mini-oven door is open, such that it improves the performance of the mini-oven and reduces cooking times.

Abstract: A magnetic reader head assembly includes a magnetic reader head compartment, a frame and an elastic component. The magnetic reader head compartment comprises electronic and mechanical components of the magnetic reader head. The frame has a front side and a back side and has a footprint matching the footprint of the magnetic reader head compartment. The front side is configured to attach to a back wall of the magnetic reader head compartment while allowing the magnetic reader head compartment to move out or retract from the frame. The elastic component is configured to be placed at the back side of the frame and to push the frame out in order to press the magnetic reader head compartment against a magnetic card stripe.
