The method comprises: acquiring a first display parameter of pixel points in at least two display regions of a target screen, wherein the first display parameter comprises first spectral tristimulus values; determining a target region in the display regions and determining a second display parameter of pixel points in a non-target region in the display regions according to the first display parameter, wherein the target region is a display region among the display regions where a luminance parameter meets a preset requirement, and the second display parameter comprises second spectral tristimulus values; converting the luminance parameter into a target display parameter with the type of the second spectral tristimulus values; and compensating the second display parameter based on the target display parameter.

    Abstract: We provide a novel cleanroom-based process flow that allows for easy creation of multi-level, hierarchical 3D structures in a substrate. This is achieved by introducing an ultra-thin sacrificial hardmask layer on the substrate which is first 3D patterned via multiple rounds of lithography. This 3D pattern is then scaled vertically by a factor of 200 - 300 and transferred to the substrate underneath via a single shot deep etching step. This method is also easily characterizable - using features of different topographies and dimensions, the etch rates and selectivities were quantified; this characterization information was later used while fabricating specific target structures.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a three-phase AC/DC converter aiming for low input current harmonic. The converter includes an input stage for receiving a three-phase AC input voltage, an output stage for at least one load, and one or more switching conversion stages, each stage including a plurality of half bridge modules. The switches in each module operate with a substantially fixed 50% duty cycle and are connected in a specific pattern to couple a DC-link and a neutral node of the input voltage. The AC/DC converter further includes one or more controllers adapted to vary the switching frequency of the switches in the switching conversion stages based on at least one of load voltage, load current, input voltage, and DC-link voltage. The converter can also include one or more decoupling stages, such as, inductive components adapted to decouple the output stage from the switching conversion stages.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a selenium-doped MXene composite nano-material and a preparation method thereof, comprising the following steps: (1) adding MXene and an organic selenium source into a dispersant, and stirring to prepare a dispersion with a concentration of 1 mg/ml to 100 mg/ml; (2) transferring the dispersion into a reaction kettle, then heating, reacting, and then naturally cooling to a room temperature; (3) washing the product obtained in the step (2) with a cleaning agent, then centrifuging to collect a precipitate, and drying the precipitate under vacuum; and (4) placing the sample obtained in the step (3) into a tubular furnace for calcination, introducing protective gas, heating, and then cooling to a room temperature to obtain the selenium-doped MXene composite nano-material. The material prepared by the present invention has high specific surface area, good electrical conductivity, cycle stability performance, rate performance and high theoretical specific capacity.
