    Abstract: The present invention relates to Tri-Specific Binding Molecules, which are multi-chain polypeptide molecules that possess three Binding Domains and are thus capable of mediating coordinated binding to three epitopes. The Binding Domains may be selected such that the Tri-Specific Binding Molecules are capable of binding to any three different epitopes. Such epitopes may be epitopes of the same antigen or epitopes of two or three different antigens. In a preferred embodiment, one of such epitopes will be capable of binding to CD3, the second of such epitopes will be capable of binding to CD8, and the third of such epitopes will be capable of binding to an epitope of a Disease-Associated Antigen. The invention also provides a novel ROR1-binding antibody, as well as derivatives thereof and uses for such compositions.

    Abstract: A method includes etching a semiconductor substrate to form a trench and a semiconductor strip. A sidewall of the semiconductor strip is exposed to the trench. The method further includes depositing a silicon-containing layer extending into the trench, wherein the silicon-containing layer extends on the sidewall of the semiconductor strip, filling the trench with a dielectric material, wherein the dielectric material is on a sidewall of the silicon-containing layer, and oxidizing the silicon-containing layer to form a liner. The liner comprises oxidized silicon. The liner and the dielectric material form parts of an isolation region. The isolation region is recessed, so that a portion of the semiconductor strip protrudes higher than a top surface of the isolation region and forms a semiconductor fin.

The display cover layer may also include a layer with self-healing properties. The layer of self-healing material may be formed across the entire display cover layer or may be formed only in the flexible region of the display cover layer. The display cover layer may include a layer of elastomer in the flexible region of the display cover layer for increased flexibility. Self-healing may be initiated or expedited by externally applied heat, light, electric current, or other type of external stimulus.

Input data of a current block is received and partitioned into sub-partitions and motion refinement is independently performed on each sub-partition. A reference block for each sub-partition is obtained from one or more reference pictures according to an initial motion vector (MV). A refined MV for each sub-partition is derived by searching around the initial MV with N-pixel refinement. One or more boundary pixels of the reference block for a sub-partition is padded for motion compensation of the sub-partition. A final predictor for the current block is generated by performing motion compensation for each sub-partition according to its refined MV. The current block is then encoded or decoded according to the final predictor.
