    Abstract: A combination structure for a labyrinth includes a plurality of labyrinth units. Each of the labyrinth unit is composed of four frame supports and four connectors. Each frame support is in the form of a cylindrical pipe. Each of the connectors defines a plurality of mounting holes. Each of the frame supports can be fitted into one mounting hole of one connector, so that the frame supports can be releasably joined together by the connectors. As such, a labyrinth structure can be constructed or dismantled easily and quickly, the manufacturing cost of the components can be reduced significantly, and the components can be transported easily and quickly.

    Abstract: A power generation device floating in the air includes a lifting device, a connection device and a ground device. The lifting device is consisted of plural buoyant units with solar cells and wind turbines respectively located on the top and lower portions thereof. The connection device is connected between the lifting device and the ground device. The main functions of the ground device are power alternation, power distribution and power storage. The ground device is connected with power supply network in parallel in order to deliver power to users. The solar cells and the wind turbines are located in the air instead of on ground. The weather does not affect the efficiency of the power generation device.

    Abstract: A method for separating charged particles in a liquid sample is disclosed. The method includes the steps of driving the liquid sample containing a plurality of charged particles to flow, forming a non-uniform electric field in the direction relative to the flow direction of the liquid sample by two electrodes, and aggregating the charged particles under the non-uniform electric field so as to separating the charged particles from the liquid sample. When the liquid sample flows through the non-uniform electric field, it doesn't contact to the electrodes. A device and its manufacturing method for separating charged particles in a liquid sample are also disclosed. Accordingly, the charged particles can be separated from the liquid sample easily and more effectively.

The fixing members are inserted in the insert holes of the connecting ends of the four frame rods and of the reinforcing support bar for securing the four frame rods and the reinforcing support bar together to form a labyrinth unit.

    Abstract: In a biomedical chip for blood coagulation tests and its manufacturing method and use, the biomedical chip comprises a substrate layer, a middle layer, and a cap layer, engaged and stacked with each other to define a microfluidic channel which has a first inlet and an outlet of the microfluidic channel respectively. A mixing interval is expanded outward from the microfluidic channel and interconnected to a second inlet, and has an interconnect portion and a capillary portion disposed between the substrate layer and the cap layer, and more specifically disposed around the periphery of the interconnect portion. With the biomedical chip having the substrate layer and cap layer made of a hydrophilic material, the blood and the reagent can be driven automatically by the capillary force of the microfluidic channel to flow and mix with each other, and the hydrophilic capillary force can be permanently maintained.
