  • Patent number: 11929318
Abstract: A package structure includes a thermal dissipation structure, a first encapsulant, a die, a through integrated fan-out via (TIV), a second encapsulant, and a redistribution layer (RDL) structure. The thermal dissipation structure includes a substrate and a first conductive pad disposed over the substrate. The first encapsulant laterally encapsulates the thermal dissipation structure. The die is disposed on the thermal dissipation structure. The TIV lands on the first conductive pad of the thermal dissipation structure and is laterally aside the die. The second encapsulant laterally encapsulates the die and the TIV. The RDL structure is disposed on the die and the second encapsulant.

  • Patent number: 7503053
Abstract: An apparatus and a method of ejecting a disc for a disc drive. The disc drive at least includes a bottom casing and a tray. The tray is used for carrying a disc. The disc loading apparatus for a disc drive includes a protruding portion and a brake pad. The protruding portion is disposed on the bottom casing. The brake pad is movably disposed at the tray. When the tray is moved with respect to the bottom casing for enabling the protruding portion to interfere with the brake pad, the protruding portion pushes the brake pad to projects towards the disc for interfering with the disc so that the disc is halted and pushed up.

  • Publication number: 20060257190
Abstract: A magnetically levitated key structure is disclosed. The attractive and repulsive forces of two magnetic components, which replace the elastic component of the prior key structure, control the upward and downward movement of the key cap. Therefore, the magnetically levitated key structure of the present invention has reduced key height when it is not in use, so as to minimize its occupied space.
