    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a multi-substrate handling system having an alignment apparatus capable of positioning each of a set of substrates in predetermined orientations for transfer. A buffer chamber is configured to receive and condition the set of substrates which are disposed on a substrate carrier. A first transfer assembly is configured to transfer the set of substrates to and from the buffer chamber and is capable of transferring each of the set of substrates from the alignment apparatus to the carrier in the buffer chamber. The carrier includes a plurality of modules capable of securing the set of substrates. The system includes a second transfer assembly having at least two robots configured to transfer the carrier of the set of substrates between the buffer chamber and a process chamber. The process chamber is capable of processing the set of substrates using different process parameters for each substrate.

    Abstract: Extendable lever arms can be used to facilitate insertion and removal of a sled into and out of a chassis. Each extendable lever can include a rotatable body, a primary arm, and a secondary arm. The rotatable body can be rotatably coupled to the housing of the sled, and can optionally include latching elements to secure the sled within the chassis, as well as optional removal features to facilitate disengaging the sled from the chassis. The secondary arm can be coupled to the primary arm to move between a retracted position and an extended position. When in the retracted position, the secondary arm can be positioned adjacent to the primary arm to avoid blocking access to ports of the sled. When in the extended position, however, the secondary arm can be positioned to provide a longer lever arm to facilitate insertion and removal of the sled.

Each feature node generates two branches according to a feature threshold, wherein each branch connects to another feature node or corresponds to an elementary pCR predicting probability. The random forest model integrates the elementary pCR probability of each decision tree, so as to generate a final pCR probability.

The method also includes dispensing a photoresist over the semiconductor wafer that is coated with the chemical liquid via the dispensing nozzle. During the dispensing of the chemical liquid and the photoresist, the dispensing nozzle stays in the predetermined position.

For example, the system can accommodate very precise feature patterning as well as less precise feature patterning. The different exposures can occur in the same chamber simultaneously.
