    Abstract: A semiconductor-on-insulator (SOI) structure and a method for forming the SOI structure. The method includes forming a first dielectric layer on a first semiconductor layer. A second semiconductor layer is formed over an etch stop layer. A cleaning solution is provided to a first surface of the first dielectric layer. The first dielectric layer is bonded under the second semiconductor layer in an environment having a substantially low pressure. An index guiding layer may be formed over the second semiconductor layer. A third semiconductor layer is formed over the second semiconductor layer. A distance between a top of the third semiconductor layer and a bottom of the second semiconductor layer varies between a maximum distance and a minimum distance. A planarization process is performed on the third semiconductor layer to reduce the maximum distance.

When the weighting value corresponding to a sample point of the signal satisfies a first condition and the second calculation result corresponding to the sample point satisfies a second condition, the microprocessor determines to use the sample point as the synchronization point.

    Abstract: A packing buffer material of a radiator tank is fixed on one of four end edges of a radiator tank and contains a first end portion, a second end portion, and a buffer end portion. The first end portion has two extending fences formed on an upper end and a lower end thereof, and between the two extending fences is defined a flexible fitting groove. The second end portion has a plurality of toothed sheets extending downwardly from a long outer wall of an extending fence on the lower end of the first end portion, and between any two adjacent toothed sheets is defined a flexible clamping opening. The buffer end portion has a curved rib formed on one side of a top surface of the first end portion. Thereby, the packing buffer material positions and packages the radiator tank in a carton easily.
