  • Patent number: 12000943
Abstract: A communication device for estimating the azimuth angle includes a receiving module and an estimating module. The receiving module is configured to sequentially switch several azimuth angles to receive a first signal transmitted at the first transmitting angle from a first transmitting module of the first communication device. The estimation module is configured to calculate several signal powers of the first signal received by the receiving module at the several azimuth angles; to determine the maximum signal power among the several signal powers; to determine the pre-judged AOD according to the azimuth angle of the maximum signal; and to calculate the AOD of the associated first signal based on the pre-judged AOD and at least one azimuth angle adjacent to the pre-judged AOD among the several azimuth angles.

  • Publication number: 20240178263
Abstract: A device includes two BSI image sensor elements and a third element. The third element is bonded in between the two BSI image sensor elements using element level stacking methods. Each of the BSI image sensor elements includes a substrate and a metal stack disposed over a first side of the substrate. The substrate of the BSI image sensor element includes a photodiode region for accumulating an image charge in response to radiation incident upon a second side of the substrate. The third element also includes a substrate and a metal stack disposed over a first side of the substrate. The metal stacks of the two BSI image sensor elements and the third element are electrically coupled.

  • Patent number: 10122240
Abstract: An electricity generation device with low power consumption has an operating module, a first motor, and a second motor. The electricity is inputted to the first motor to actuate the first motor in a short time, the first motor drives a transmission assembly of the operating module to rotate, and the transmission assembly drives a flywheel of the operating module to rotate. A generator rotor is mounted around the flywheel, and a generator stator is mounted around an inner peripheral surface of the body. The second motor is driven by the transmission assembly. When the flywheel reaches a certain rotational speed, the second motor only needs a low current input to keep operating. That is, the second motor can be continuously operated, and the flywheel generates rotor power, thereby achieving power generation at low energy consumption.
