    Abstract: A prosthesis socket vacuum device includes a base formed with a first chamber formed with a discharge channel and a vacuum relief channel and a second chamber provided, on an underside thereof, with a locking assembly, which includes a position-constraining block. A positioning assembly having sealing gaskets fit thereto includes a locking pin extending through a positioning member and formed with a recess. In setting the positioning assembly into the base, the positioning member compresses and expels internal air of the first chamber to the outside through the discharge channel in a soundless manner to form a vacuum condition. The locking pin drives the locking assembly to displace until the recess and a closure hole are fixed relative to each other so as to have the locking assembly closes the vacuum relief channel. A gap is provided between the closure hole and the recess to provide an effect of cushioning.

    Abstract: A vacuum suction and pressure regulation cylinder includes a pneumatic cylinder, in which a fixed division plate is arranged. A piston assembly is slidably arranged in the fixed division plate and includes an airtight piston mounted to a middle portion thereof and including a flowrate regulation screw and an end of the piston assembly is provided with a second airtight piston so as to define, in an interior space of the pneumatic cylinder, a first air chamber, a second air chamber, and a third air chamber, which are in communication with a prosthesis sleeve. When the piston assembly moves, air flow induced in the pneumatic cylinder varies the sizes of the air chambers for regulation of the spaces thereof. Further, the variation of the air chambers helps evacuate the sleeve so as to make a stump and the prosthesis tightly coupled to each other through suction.

An extension piece is extended radially from the circumference of the axle element. A fluid block penetrates through the main member and into the space. The extension piece and the fluid block jointly partition the space into a front chamber and a back chamber. The first and second pressure regulating chambers adjust the back and front chambers' pressure so that impact from walking may be effectively buffered. The fluid supply chamber automatically refills hydraulic fluid into the front and back chambers so as to reduce user maintenance overhead.

    Abstract: A prosthesis carrying barrel suction-attaching joint with locking function, particularly a joint specifically for suction-attachment to a carrying barrel, includes a positioning mechanism, which forms, in a center thereof, a positioning pin hole for receiving a positioning pin to dispose therein. The positioning mechanism is provided, in a lateral direction, with a penetration passage and a vacuum release passage in communication with the positioning pin hole. The penetration passage has two ends on opposite sides of the positioning pin hole. One of the ends is provided with a regulation assembly and another one provided with a locking assembly. The locking assembly includes a constraint block for retaining the positioning pin so that a chamber for vacuum regulation is formed in the site where the regulation assembly is arranged. Pressing down the locking assembly allows external air to flow through the vacuum release passage into the chamber to release the vacuum.

    Abstract: An improved structure of a connection and adjustment assembly of a support socket joint of a prosthesis includes a connector, in which a vertical through hole and a horizontal through hole are formed. A support socket is provided on the connector and receives therein an arrest axle extending through the vertical through hole. The horizontal through hole receives therein a shaft, which has an end having a toothed wheel engageable with the arrest axle and an opposite end to which a second one-way bearing, a sleeve, and a knob cap are mounted. The knob cap has an interior that is an elliptical configuration corresponding to and mating an outside elliptical configuration of the sleeve. Pressing a knob causes movement of the sleeve and thus components mounted to the shaft so as to have the toothed wheel disengage from the arrest axle, allowing the arrest axle to be withdrawn out.

A support socket is provided on the connector and receives therein an arrest axle extending through the vertical through hole. The horizontal through hole receives therein a shaft, which has an end having a toothed wheel engageable with the arrest axle and an opposite end to which a second one-way bearing, a sleeve, and a knob cap are mounted. The knob cap has an interior that is an elliptical configuration corresponding to and mating an outside elliptical configuration of the sleeve. Pressing a knob causes movement of the sleeve and thus components mounted to the shaft so as to have the toothed wheel disengage from the arrest axle, allowing the arrest axle to be withdrawn out.

The knee carrier includes a connection piece and two connection bars to couple to an upper portion of the main base. The coupler includes coupler recesses formed in one side thereof corresponding to extensions of grips to receive push blocks therein and has two coupling bolts extending through a lower portion of the main base to allow the coupler connected to the lower portion of the main base. The main base receives therein an axle, which is provided, respectively and in sequence from a center thereof toward two opposite ends, with two bearings, two one-way bearings, two bushings, and two grips. The grips include extensions that cooperate with the push blocks to selectively grip or release the axle. The one-way bearings constrain the rotation of the axle to be in one direction.

    Abstract: An anti-shock artificial knee joint includes a pivot stop block forming a first pivot hole rotatably receiving therein a first pivot for bending the knee joint and a second pivot hole rotatably receiving a second pivot.     Abstract: A positioning and buffering device of a knee joint for artificial limb is disclosed. The device comprises a knee cap head, an interlinking device including two arch plates, a buffering device including an interlinking rod, an interlinking support and a hydraulic cylinder; a spring device having a spring and a spring support; and a knee cap body module. The knee cap body is used to connect to the thigh and the lower edge of the knee cap body is for connection to the shank and the leg bottom portion. By means of the interlinking rod and the linking support, when the leg is stretched or is standing, a pressure exerted changes the angle between the interlinking rod and the interlinking support such that the knee joint is at a fixed position, the shank will not bent or knee down and the buffering device will produce a buffering and shock absorbing effect.
