In addition, the rotating element has a first portion and a second portion, wherein the first portion is pivoted to the housing, and a part of the first portion passes through the first opening to be exposed outside the housing. The second portion is fixed to the first circuit board. The first circuit board rotates with the rotating element relative to the housing.
