  • Publication number: 20240141916
Abstract: A ceiling fan and a structure thereof are provided. The structure includes a blade holder, a plurality of blades, and a plurality of positioning elements. The blade holder includes a holder body and a plurality of support platforms. The holder body has a plurality of first matching structures spaced apart from each other. Each of the support platforms includes a first positioning structure. Each of the blades has a second matching structure and a second positioning structure. The second matching structures can be guided by the first matching structures, so that each of the blades is disposed at an installation position on one of the support platforms along an oblique track. When each of the blades is located at the installation position, the first positioning structures and the second positioning structures abut against each other.

  • Publication number: 20240113113
Abstract: Methods of cutting gate structures, and structures formed, are described. In an embodiment, a structure includes first and second gate structures over an active area, and a gate cut-fill structure. The first and second gate structures extend parallel. The active area includes a source/drain region disposed laterally between the first and second gate structures. The gate cut-fill structure has first and second primary portions and an intermediate portion. The first and second primary portions abut the first and second gate structures, respectively. The intermediate portion extends laterally between the first and second primary portions. First and second widths of the first and second primary portions along longitudinal midlines of the first and second gate structures, respectively, are each greater than a third width of the intermediate portion midway between the first and second gate structures and parallel to the longitudinal midline of the first gate structure.

  • Publication number: 20240100880
Abstract: A multi-piece wheel frame includes a rim and a disc. The rim includes a barrel, and an outer rim portion protruding outwardly from the barrel. The outer rim portion forms an inclined surface, and a ring edge surface connected to an outer edge of the inclined surface and cooperating with the inclined surface to form an obtuse angle. The disc is fixed to the rim, and includes a disc core, a plurality of spoke portions extending radially outwardly from the disc core, and a reinforced ring portion connected to the spoke portions and fixed to the outer rim portion. The reinforced ring portion abuts against at least one of the inclined surface and the ring edge surface.

  • Publication number: 20190131835
Abstract: A rotor for a motor according to the invention is provided to solve the problem where the rotor of the conventional motor does not have an excellent vibration-reducing effect. The rotor for the motor includes a shaft, an elastic sleeve, a permanent magnet and two engaging units. The elastic sleeve is fit around the shaft. The permanent magnet is fit around the elastic sleeve. The elastic sleeve and the permanent magnet have two sides spaced from each other in an axial direction. The two engaging units are coupled with the elastic sleeve and the permanent magnet at the two sides, respectively. Each of the two engaging units includes a through-hole through which the shaft extends. The two engaging units are not in contact with the shaft.

  • Patent number: 10179537
Abstract: The present invention relates to a smart brake warning system, wherein the system is installed on a vehicle body either directly or using a base. The system comprises at least a warning light device, which is used to emit different modes or degrees of light to serve as a warning for vehicles approaching from the rear, and at least one inertia detection device, which is used to detect the inertia of the vehicle at that instance, and control the warning light device to emit different degrees of light mode according to the size of the inertia force. Even if the vehicle driver does not step on the vehicle brake, the present invention is still able to produce a warning signal to vehicle drivers approaching from the rear, achieving a forced warning effect that prevents accidental rear-end collisions.
