  • Patent number: 11975406
Abstract: A moving mechanism relatively moves a machining head emitting a laser beam, with respect to a sheet metal along a surface of the sheet metal. A beam vibrating mechanism vibrates the laser beam for irradiation on the sheet metal, while the machining head is relatively moved by the moving mechanism. A machining condition setting section sets pattern selection information to select a vibration pattern of the laser beam by the beam vibrating mechanism, and a parameter to determine a vibrating way in the vibration pattern, in accordance with machining conditions specified for each machining command to machine the sheet metal in a machining program generated to machine the sheet metal, and including a machining velocity of the sheet metal associated with relative movement of the machining head by the moving mechanism.

  • Patent number: 11833774
Abstract: A first scoreline, and a perforated line along which a lid can be severed are formed beforehand in a lid sheet. The portion of the lid sheet along its first adjustment side is cut off in a strip shape by a first cutter. The portion of the lid sheet along its second adjustment side is cut off in a strip shape by a second cutter.

  • Publication number: 20120215012
Abstract: A method for purifying tetrahydrofuran from a liquid containing tetrahydrofuran and as impurities at least water, 2,5-dihydrofuran and butanol, the method comprising: a first distillation step in which the liquid is subjected to distillation using a distillation column to separate into a first bottoms product containing water as a major component and a first distillate containing tetrahydrofuran, 2,5-dihydrofuran and butanol as major components, a second distillation step in which the first distillate is subjected to distillation using a distillation column to separate into a second bottoms product containing tetrahydrofuran and butanol as major components and a second distillate containing 2,5-dihydrofuran as a major component, a third distillation step in which the second bottoms product is subjected to distillation using a distillation column to separate into a third bottoms product containing butanol as a major component and a third distillate containing tetrahydrofuran as a major component, and further c

  • Patent number: 4615769
Abstract: The present invention provides a process for distillation of styrenes which can be stably operated without loss of energy saving effect, by leading a part or all of low boiling point component vapor from the top to a compressor to use as a heat source for a reboiler and returning the low boiling point components condensed in the reboiler or a mixture of the condensate and a part of the uncondensed vapor to a recycling line of a distillation column.
