  • Patent number: 10416655
Abstract: Machining methods for machine tools where a workpiece can be manually moved by an operator or by automatic operation. A drawing file is displayed on a screen and machining is performed. An evaluation is performed to determine if the processed points of the workpiece match the desired processing coordinates within a tolerance range. Accordingly, the system is selectively activated to prevent processing at incorrect processing points or deviating from the tolerance range of the desired processing points. Processing yield rate is improved and all processing points are monitored by the system and displayed on a drawing file screen.

  • Publication number: 20170205805
Abstract: A processing method of processing machine is disclosed. The operator may shift the work piece waited for processing by hand or operated in the automatic mode. A drawing file screen of a main screen may be used and the system of the processing machine may be applied to judge to know if the processing points of the work piece waited for processing and the processing coordinates wanted to process are in the tolerance range. Accordingly, the system of the processing machine is activate to process so as to prevent from processing at wrong processing points or deviating from the tolerance range of the processing points wanted to process. It may make sure that the processing yield rate is improved and further make sure that all processing points may truly be finished processing which is monitored by the system and displayed on the drawing file screen of the main screen.

  • Patent number: 7273994
Abstract: An electrical discharge machine for improving the guide alignment base structure consisting of a guide alignment base having vertical threaded holes. Furthermore, the guide alignment base has axial adjustment holes that are respectively aligned with the vertical threaded holes, the diameters of the axial adjustment holes slightly larger than the diameters of the vertical threaded holes to enable the insertion of adjustment screws through the axial adjustment holes and fastening into the vertical threaded holes. With a spherical body in between serving as a center, the adjustment screws tilt the guide alignment base forward, backward, leftward, and rightward to adjust the perpendicularity of the guide. Horizontal adjustment screws through the guide alignment base secure the guide alignment base transversely such that the guide alignment base effectively achieves stable positioning to thereby prevent the vertical and horizontal deviation of the guide alignment base when it is impacted.

  • Patent number: 7154063
Abstract: A small hole electric discharge machining equipment automatic electrode change device having an electrode docking turntable having a plurality of mounting slots located at equal intervals, each with a magnet, holding an electrode chuck. When changing a used electrode chuck on the quick-release collet is required, a first cylinder moves the electrode docking turntable forward and the mounting slot receives the used electrode chuck, which is attracted to one magnet. The quick-release collet then releases the used electrode chuck. The machining rotatory spindle automatically rises and the electrode docking turntable returns to an original position. The electrode docking turntable rotates and positions a new electrode chuck below the quick-release collet. The electrode machining rotatory spindle then lowers attaching the electrode chuck to the quick-release collet, following which the electrode docking turntable returns to the original position, removing the electrode chuck from the mounting slot.

  • Publication number: 20050252887
Abstract: A small hole electric discharge machining equipment automatic electrode change device in which the electrode docking turntable has a plurality of mounting slots that are circularly disposed at equal intervals apart, with a magnet situated at each mounting slot, thereby holding each electrode chuck in the mounting slots which are at the same time is attracted to a magnet for firm positioning. When the change of the electrode chuck on the quick-release collet is required, a first cylinder forwards the electrode docking turntable and the mounting slot receives the change electrode chuck, which is at the same attracted to a magnet. The quick-release collet then releases the change electrode chuck, following which the machining rotatory spindle automatically rises and the electrode docking turntable returns to its original position.

  • Patent number: 6427848
Abstract: An improved dual fabrication liquid circulatory system for an electric discharge fabrication machine, having an oily-water separation system of single, dual, or triple-tank types. The single-tank oily-water separation system utilizes a water level sensor to control the switch of an electric magnetic valve and the discharge of oily-water fabrication liquid from an oil discharge pipe and a water discharge pipe. The dual-tank oily-water separation system directs fabrication liquid into a filtration tank such that fabrication liquid enters a water storage tank through a water discharge pipe and the floating oil flows into an oil storage tank from an oil discharge pipe. The triple-tank oily-water separation system includes a water filtration tank and an oil filtration tank with the water filtration tank divided into two tanks by a separation board. The floating oil in the upper oil layer enters an oil filtration tank through a flow pipe and enters the oil storage tank through an oil discharge pipe.

  • Patent number: 5958260
Abstract: An eye mold device for electrical machining device in which the electrode with different outer diameter can be readily and firmly supported within the eye mold for machining. A substantially triangular passage is defined by three accurate rods which are disposed within a mounting groove of a receiving barrel. When the electrode is inserted within the triangular passage, the electrode can be vertically and firmly supported and calibrated therein. By this arrangement, the electrode can be prevented from skewing during the machining process. On the other hand, the circularity and verticality of the performed hole can be kept. The size of the triangular passage is defined and dependent upon the outer diameter of the three accurate rods. In practice, the three accurate rods are selected and based on the outer diameter of the electrode such that the triangular passage formed thereof is matched to the outer diameter of the electrode.
