  • Publication number: 20230207308
Abstract: Methods and systems for forming a low-k material layer on a surface of a substrate and structures and devices formed using the method or system are disclosed. Exemplary methods include providing a substrate within a reaction chamber of a reactor system, providing one or more precursors to the reaction chamber, and providing high frequency, high plasma power to polymerize the one or more precursors to form dense low-k material with desired properties.

  • Publication number: 20210265158
Abstract: Methods and systems for forming a cured low-k material layer on a surface of a substrate and structures and devices formed using the method or system are disclosed. Exemplary methods include providing a substrate within a reaction chamber of a reactor system, providing one or more precursors to the reaction chamber, providing plasma power to polymerize the one or more precursors, and curing the low-k material with activated species to form the cured low-k material layer.

  • Patent number: 8940549
Abstract: The present invention aims to provide an assay reagent and an assay for accurately measuring KL-6, in particular, an assay reagent and an assay for accurately measuring KL-6 in samples containing a rheumatoid factor and/or a nonspecific substance other than the rheumatoid factor. KL-6 in samples that contain a rheumatoid factor and/or a nonspecific substance other than the rheumatoid factor can be accurately measured using an immunoassay reagent comprising a solution at a pH of 4.0 to 5.5 containing a rheumatoid factor interference inhibitor and a solution of an insoluble carrier on which anti-KL-6 antibodies are immobilized.

  • Publication number: 20120258552
Abstract: Provided is a homogenous measurement method using insoluble carrier particles that suppresses the matrix effect originating from the sample and also suppresses differences in measurement accuracy among different models of automated analyzers. Also provided is a measuring reagent for use in an automated analyzer. Inclusion of a silicone-based defoaming agent in the reagent reduces the matrix effect originating from the sample and reduces variability of measurement accuracy among different automated analyzers having differing specifications.
