    Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display may have an array of organic light-emitting diode pixels that each have OLED layers interposed between a cathode and an anode. Voltage may be applied to the anode of each pixel to control the magnitude of emitted light. The conductivity of the OLED layers may allow leakage current to pass between neighboring anodes in the display. To reduce leakage current and the accompanying cross-talk in a display, a cutting structure may disrupt continuity of the OLED layers. The cutting structure may have two undercuts to disrupt continuity of at least some of the OLED layers. The cutting structure may include a conductive portion that provides a cathode voltage to a cathode layer for the OLED pixels.

    Abstract: A sliding rail structure for drawer of layered frame is mainly designed for being used to satisfying a requirement of allowing a bracket drawer to be disposed in a layered frame, and a sliding rail plate is buckled between horizontal rods arranged at two sides of the layered frame. The sliding rail plate is formed through a single metal piece being punched for formation, so that a main body thereof is formed as a U-like slot rack, two predetermined locations at a front end and a rear end of a top edge defined at a sealed side of the slot rack are punched for forming a pair of buckle hooks, buckle slots of each of the buckle hooks are designed in various specifications and statuses with respect to the specification and the status of the horizontal rod, thereby being in a non-arched polygonal status. Accordingly, the whole production cost can be lowered and better economic benefits can be provided.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are a flexible substrate with surface structure and a method for manufacturing the flexible substrate. The disclosure relates to a low-cost process to manufacturing the flexible substrate that is adapted to the large-area mass production. According to one of the embodiments in the disclosure, the method introduces a mold with surface structure. An isolation material is formed on the mold surface in an earlier stage. Upon the isolation layer, a flexible substrate material is coated. After that, a baking step is employed to cure the flexible substrate material. The flexible substrate with surface structure is therefore formed after de-molding the cured substrate. Another aspect to the disclosure adopts the above-formed substrate to be a base substrate. A second flexible substrate with the surface structure identical to the mold is then formed by performing the above steps.
