    Abstract: A operation wand assembly of a curtain a curved connection member adapted to be connected to the lower rail of the curtain and having a top recess. A through hole is defined through the curved connection member and communicates with the top recess. An engaging member is received in the top recess and has a tubular portion engaged with the through hole of the curved connection member. The tubular portion includes an open bottom and two connection grooves are defined through a wall of the tubular portion. An operation wand has two radial rods extending from a top thereof and the top of the operation wand is removably inserted into the open bottom of the tubular portion. The two radial rods are engaged with the connection grooves. The operation wand can be hooked to a positioning member on a wall when not in use.

    Abstract: A safety device for Roman shades includes multiple loop members connected to each of the folding lines on the shade and multiple restriction members are connected to multiple loop members. Each restriction member includes multiple extensions which spirally wrap to each other so as to define an opening therebetween. Multiple engaging members are connected to the loop members located at a lower end of the shade. Multiple control ropes each have a top end connected to the top box of the Roman shade and the lower end of each control rope extends through the openings of the restriction members and is connected to a collar. The collars can be disengaged from the engaging members. When the control ropes are pulled laterally, the collars are disengaged from the engaging members and the control ropes are disengaged from the extensions of the restriction members.

The first layer includes multiple pocket portions formed thereon and the pocket portions each are defined by folding a part upward to define a passage which extends transversely through the first layer. Multiple first holes and second holes are defined through the first layer. The pocket portion is located between the first and second holes. The second layer is located on a first side of the first layer and two control ropes each have a top end connected to the top box and a lower end of each control rope extends through the first hole from the first side of the first layer and passes over a second side of the first layer and then extends through the second hole in sequence.

    Abstract: A control device for blinds includes a transmission unit, a scrolling unit and a tilting unit, the transmission unit includes a case in which a coil spring and a gear unit are received. The coil spring is connected between the gear unit and the case. The scrolling unit includes two scrolling rods which are rotated with a transmission rod. Each scrolling rod has a lift cord wrapped thereon and extending through slats of the blinds. The tilting unit includes two tilt members connected to two respective end sections of the two scrolling rods. Two tilt cords have two respective positioning members which are clamped in two clamp grooves of the two tilt members and the tilt cords extend through the slats. The gears in the gear unit can be adjusted so as to cooperate with slats of different weights.

The tilt unit includes a tilt member with two tilt cables connected to two ends thereof the tilt member, the other end of the tilt cable extend through the top rail and are connected to the parallel slats. A tilt wand is used to rotate the tilt member to move the tilt cables moved upward and downward so as to tilt the slats.

    Abstract: An ink box detection system and method thereof are provided for detecting an ink box installed in an ink jet apparatus. The ink box has an identification circuit to generate a reference voltage. The detection system includes a voltage divider resistance with a power supply, a connector for connecting the identification circuit of the ink box and the voltage divider resistance with the power supply, a voltage supplier, a voltage detector connected to the connector and the voltage supplier, and a controller connected to the voltage supplier and the voltage detector. The voltage supplier provides an adjustable voltage that is adjusted by an adjustable digital signal from the controller. The voltage detector includes a single comparator for comparing the adjustable voltage with the reference voltage. When the adjustable voltage is the same as the reference voltage, a detection signal is outputted to the controller to identify the ink box.
