    Abstract: The present invention relates to an integrated luminous keyboard, and includes a plurality of keys, light sources, a flexible circuit board, a light guide plate and a reflector plate, wherein the flexible circuit board, which enables detecting key signals from the keys, is located underneath the keys. A plurality of slots, used to fixedly secure the keys, are defined in the light guide plate corresponding to the keyboard. Moreover, the light guide plate enables the incoming of light rays produced by the light sources, and the reflector plate is located underneath the light guide plate. Accordingly, use of the light guide plate of the present invention simultaneously provides the effectiveness to fixedly secure the keys and realize a luminescent effect, thereby eliminating disposition of a bottom plate structure of prior art luminous keyboards, and achieves the practical advancements of simplification and lightweighting of the structure, and saving on costs.

    Abstract: A light guidance illuminating keyboard utilizes plural press-key devices and a base plate having plural through-holes to generate a control signal to an electronic device when a user presses down the press-key devices. A back surface of the base plate is a light guide plate on which is defined into at least one through-hole which forms an independent optical path. A side of the light guide plate is a light emitting element. When the light emitting element produces light, the light is reflected onto the through-holes on the base plate through the light guide plate and penetrates out of the through-holes, such that the press-key devices can manifest various visual effects according to the light produced by the light emitting element.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a two-step CMP method and employed polishing compositions. In the first step, a first polishing slurry is provided to selectively polish the Al-alloy layer. Next, a second polishing slurry is provided to selectively polish the barrier layer. Accordingly, undesired surface non-planarity after the CMP process, such as metal dishing and corrosion of dielectric layers with complicated pattern geometry, can be avoided, and thus the planarization of wafer surfaces can be achieved.
