    Abstract: The present invention provides a multi-degree-of-freedom error measurement system for rotary axes and the method thereof. By producing a first ray, a second ray, and a third ray, the multi-facet reflector and the axicon disposed on an axis average line can receive the first, the second, and the third rays, respectively, for producing a reflective ray, a refractive ray, a first emitted ray, and a second emitted ray. Thereby, errors of the axicon in a plurality of degrees of freedom caused by shift or vibration of the axis average line, such as the x-axis radial error, the y-axis radial error, the axial error, the x-axis tilt error, the tilt error for the y-axis, and the angular alignment error for rotation can be measured.

Then a processing unit calculates an alignment error or/and one or more straightness error or/and one or more angle error of the movable platform according to the signal generated by the optoelectronic sensing module.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides a voice coil motor, including a magnet holder, a magnet set, a lens holder, a lens set, an upper and lower elastic piece and a circuit board. The magnet set has four magnets mounted on four sides of the magnet holder, each of the magnets having opposing N/S and S/N magnetic poles. The lens set is disposed in the lens holder. The upper and lower elastic pieces are mounted above and below the lens holder, respectively. Four focusing coil loops are disposed between the lens holder and magnet set, and correspond to the four magnets of the magnet set. Four optical image stabilization coil loops are disposed on the circuit board and correspond to the four magnets of the magnet set, respectively. The focusing coil loops and optical image stabilization coil loops share the magnet set. Therefore, the voice coil motor has a size reduced.

The optical imaging unit includes an object lens and a beam splitter. The beam splitter divides a reflecting beam into a first sub-beam and a second sub-beam. The optical imaging unit has a first imaging optical path and a second imaging optical path with different imaging precisions corresponding to the first sub-beam and the second sub-beam, respectively. The photo-sensor detects a defocus position of the object. The focusing regulation unit adjusts the distance between the object and the object lens and selects an imaging precision, so that the defocus position of the object is placed within the imaging precision of the first optical path and the imaging precision of the second optical path in sequence.

The photoelectric converter absorbs the wavelength that the photoelectric semiconductor thin film cannot absorb, and emits the frequency band that the photoelectric semiconductor thin film can absorb. Thus, the photoelectric device of the present invention decreases the interference of light absorption, increases the light emission, eliminates the wastes of incident light, and increases the photoelectric conversion efficacy.
