    Abstract: A hollow groove pipe structure is disclosed and includes a hollow groove pipe, first fixing sliding members, second fixing sliding members, and fixing members. The hollow groove pipe has a first surface, a second surface, a third surface, and a fourth surface for surrounding a hollow space. At least two opposite surfaces have grooves, and the bottoms of the grooves are greater (wider) than the opening and provided with trough holes. The plates having a plurality of protruding portions can be clamped in the grooves. The first and second fixing sliding members having protruding portions surround and clamp the plates with the space between the two through holes of the grooves, such that the fixing members pass through the holes of the first fixing sliding member, and the holes of the groove the holes of the second fixing sliding member fix and combine the plates into a whole.

    Abstract: A light green wall structure includes lateral and longitudinal support members and support containers. The lateral and longitudinal support members are combined with fixing elements to construct a vertical skeleton. The longitudinal support member has openings. Each opening has a notch toward to the edge of the longitudinal support member, and a hook is thus formed. The support container has a first lateral surface, a longitudinal surface, a second surface and an oblique surface sequentially adjacent. The first and second lateral surfaces are bent in two opposite bending directions, and the oblique surface is bent obliquely outward. Additionally, the support container has meshes for accommodating the hooks such that the support containers are horizontally and detachably engaged with the longitudinal support members. The second lateral surface is used to support plant containers. The present invention provides a planting function, and is particularly easily assembled and dissembled.

    Abstract: A method for removing iron ions from galvanizing flux solution includes adding zinc chloride and ammonium chloride to a solvent in a preparing tank to prepare a first galvanizing flux solution which is transferred to a treatment tank, immersing an iron/steel piece in the first galvanizing flux solution to dissolve part of the surface to form iron ions, adding oxygen-rich gas to the first galvanizing flux solution to oxidize the iron ions to form a second galvanizing flux solution containing iron oxide precipitation, filtering the second galvanizing flux solution by a multilayer filter to form a third galvanizing flux solution without iron oxide or with low content of iron oxide, transferring the third galvanizing flux solution back to the treatment tank, and repeating the above steps by immersing another iron/steel piece in the first galvanizing flux solution so as to continuously remove iron ions generated.

    Abstract: In a lead-free hot-dip galvanizing method and its processed product, a pure zinc tablet with a 99.995% purity is used and a conventional zinc solution containing lead is changed to a novel hot-dip galvanizing zinc solution for the hot dip galvanizing process. The hot-dip galvanizing zinc solution has a composition of 98% to 99% of zinc, 0.2% to 1.0% of aluminum and less than 1% of a trace element by weight, so that this hot dip galvanizing process with a lead and cadmium free galvanizing condition is achieved.
