    Abstract: The present invention discloses a location based MMS generating system and method thereof. The generating system previously stores multimedia contents, each of which is related to a corresponding location. When a user's MMS request is triggered, a location service request is sent to LoCation service (LCS) server of the 3G telecommunication network to obtain the user's location. Then the multimedia contents related to the user's location are extracted and further packaged to a MMS format. The MMS generating system sends the MMS to the user. Therefore, the user may immediately receive the useful MMS.

    Abstract: A slot-in type disc drive is provided by comprising a disc entrance slot for loading a disc into the disc drive along a first direction; a bottom casing; a crossing driving member; and a disc loading device. The crossing driving member has at least a disc driving groove and is moved along a second direction vertical to the first direction. The disc loading device comprises two disc loading levers and two connecting levers. Each of the disc loading levers has a first end close to the disc entrance slot and a second end pivoted on a rotating shaft. Each of the connecting lever having a third end and a fourth end, wherein the third ends are respectively pivoted on the disc loading levers, and the fourth ends are pivoted together on a vertical guiding pin. When the crossing driving member moves along the second direction, the vertical guiding pin is moved along the first direction and moved related to the crossing driving member in the disc driving groove.

The shielding member is coupled to the driving member. When the first body and the second body are transformed from the retracting state to the spreading state, the driving member drives the shielding member sliding with respect to the sliding member to shield the part of the opening.

The connecting mechanism includes a FPC and a sliding hinge comprising a fixed member fixed to the input module, a slider fixed to the display module, and a sliding plate fixed to the slider and movably received in a concave space of the fixed member. The FPC has a first portion extended from a side wall of the fixed member to the middle of the slider along a second direction, and the first portion is bent and extended along the first direction to an opening of the slider. A bent portion of the FPC passes through the opening to connect the first portion and a second portion of the FPC, wherein the first and second portions are on opposite sides of the slider.

    Abstract: A moving mechanism is provided, including a torsion hinge, a slider, a lock member, and an elastic member disposed on the slider. The torsion hinge has a first plate and a second plate rotatable relative to each other. The lock member is rotatable relative to the first plate, and the slider is movably disposed on the second plate. When the moving mechanism is in a closed state, the lock member is engaged with a slot portion of the second plate, so as to restrict the second plate in a predetermined angle. When the slider slides relative to the second plate to a critical position, the elastic member pushes the lock member to release from the slot portion, such that the second plate is rotatable to an open position.

    Abstract: A disk drive includes an insert-and-eject device and a disk guide unit. The insert-and-eject device is used for inserting an optical disk into and ejecting the disk from the disk drive. The disk guide unit includes a rack and a slide member connected operably to the insert-and-eject device in such a manner that reciprocal movement of the disk guide unit along a first direction permits the slide member to drive the insert-and-eject device to insert and eject the optical disk from the disk drive. An emergency release device is mounted on the slide member, and includes a horizontal element movable along a second direction. The rack is formed with a retention groove such that the movement of the horizontal element along the second direction permits a part of the horizontal element extend within or exit the retention groove so as to couple the slide member with the rack or to disengage the slide member from the rack.
