Abstract: A method and a kit for detecting Mycobacterium tuberculosis are provided. The method includes a step of performing a nested qPCR assay to a specimen. The nested qPCR assay includes a first round of amplification using external primers and a second round of amplification using internal primers and a probe. The external primers have sequences of SEQ ID NOs. 1 and 2, and the internal primers and the probe have sequences of SEQ ID NOs. 3 to 5.

Abstract: A sweep voltage generator and a display panel are provided. The sweep voltage generator includes an output node, a current generating block and a voltage regulating block. The output node is used to provide a sweep signal. The current generating block is coupled to the output node, includes a detection path for detecting an output load variation on the output node, and adjusts the sweep signal provided by the output node based on the output load variation. The voltage regulating block is coupled to the output node for regulating a voltage of the output node.

Abstract: This document describes techniques and devices for efficient handling of a resource control state change and multi-node connectivity. Instead of performing multiple radio resource control (RRC) procedures to change a resource control state of a user equipment (UE) and establish, modify, or release a connection with multi-node connectivity, the techniques described herein combine the multiple RRC procedures into a single RRC procedure that supports both a resource control state change and multi-node connectivity. In particular, a master node sends a resource control state and multi-node connectivity message that includes both state change information and multi-node connectivity information. With this single message, timing and power resources of the UE can be conserved and failures resulting from asynchronous communication of the state change information and the multi-node connectivity information can be avoided.

Abstract: A pump health analysis method and a pump health analysis device using the same are provided. A standard vibration curve of a standard pump is obtained. The standard vibration curve is converted from a time domain to a frequency domain to obtain a first frequency distribution curve. A sample vibration curve of a sample pump is obtained. The sample vibration curve is converted from the time domain to the frequency domain to obtain a second frequency distribution curve. The first frequency distribution curve is compared with the second frequency distribution curve by using a cosine similarity algorithm to obtain a health index of the sample pump.

The second antenna radiator is disposed on one side of the first antenna radiator, and a first gap is formed between a main portion of the second antenna radiator and the first antenna radiator. The first ground radiator is disposed on another side of the first antenna radiator, and a second gap is formed between the first antenna radiator and the first antenna radiator. The second ground radiator is disposed between the second antenna radiator and the first ground radiator, and a third gap is formed between the second ground radiator and a first branch of the second antenna radiator. The capacitive element is disposed on the third gap and connects the second antenna radiator and the second ground radiator.

Abstract: Provided is a composition including a lactic acid bacterium and a carrier thereof for prophylaxis or treatment of an allergy. The lactic acid bacterium is Lactobacillus paragasseri, such as Lactobacillus paragasseri BBM171 deposited under DSMZ Accession No. DSM 34311. Also provided is a method for preventing or treating an allergy in a subject that includes administering an effective amount of the composition of Lactobacillus paragasseri to the subject.

Abstract: An apparatus for producing silicon carbide crystal is provided and includes a composite structure formed by a plurality of graphite layers and silicon carbide seed crystals, wherein a density or thickness of each layer of graphite is gradually adjusted to reduce a difference of a thermal expansion coefficient and Young's modulus between the graphite layers and silicon carbide. The composite structure can be stabilized on a top portion or an upper cover of a crucible made of graphite, thereby preventing the silicon carbide crystal from falling off.

Abstract: A remote pressure-release system includes a health-care massage chair, a medical device, and a remote server. The medical device is disposed on the health-care massage chair, and measures physiological conditions of a user sitting on the health-care massage chair, so as to generate a physiological data and output the physiological data to the server. The server, electrically connected to the medical device, is used for analyzes the physiological data from the medical device, and generates a corresponding device parameter to the health-care massage chair. According to the received device parameter, the health-care massage chair controls the massage unit to provide the user the massage services.

Abstract: A camera phone and a real-time addressing image transmission method thereof are provided. The camera phone includes a photographing module, an addressing module for storing a network address of a receiving end, and a real-time transmission module. A sight is photographed to generate a media data corresponding to the sight by using the photographing module. The addressing module is read by the real-time transmission module to judge whether the network address of the receiving end is stored or not, and the media data is transmitted to the receiving end if the network address is stored. The apparatus and method could be utilized to photograph scenes and behavior of persons involved in the moment of taking a taxi, traffic accidents, active crimes, or activities, and transmit them immediately to a designated receiving end, so as to conserve images numerously and effectively without occupying a memory space of the camera phone.

Abstract: A method of digital customer service and a system thereof are provide, which includes a network server machine, an identification (ID) sensing device, a display device, a merchandise sensing device, and a media playing device. The method is to sense a customer ID card via the ID sensing device, and then the network server machine accesses and outputs corresponding customer and consuming information, so as to output a specific greeting and advertising information based on the consuming information and requirements and display them in the display device. The merchandise sensing device is utilized to sense a merchandise label and then a corresponding advertisement is automatically played by the media playing device for promotion. Therefore, customers can find their favorite merchandises immediately after they enter the stores and the marketing media can help sales clerks to introduce merchandises and increase their knowledge about the merchandises, so as to increase service quality.

Abstract: An online clothing display system and method therefore are provided. The system includes a dressed mannequin, a rotating platform, an image recorder, and a mainframe. The mannequin stands on the rotating platform and is driven for rotating. In addition, the image recorder is utilized to capture the clothing images of the mannequin to obtain image files, which are transmitted to the mainframe. The mainframe further includes a web page for display the clothing images so that customers can view the clothing images from the web page through an internet and the customers can also match clothes and accessories from different online clothing and accessories stores. Besides, in the system, customers can input their body size data and obtain the information and suggestions about clothing sizes and matched accessories. Therefore, customers will less likely be bothered because of ordering the wrong clothes and not easy to change or refund.

Abstract: A vehicle information early warning and parts life prediction system and method therefor are provided, which includes a vehicle database connected to a mileage prediction unit, a maintenance prediction unit, a message management unit, and an auto care center management unit, in which information of vehicle is stored. The message management unit and a vehicle message receiver unit are connected by wireless communication or network connection. The mileage prediction unit analyzes vehicle traveling information. The maintenance prediction unit predicts the parts life and maintenance interval. The message management unit transmits a warning message to the vehicle message receiver unit. The auto care center management unit gets access to the vehicle database to manage and record a vehicle repair record and to control a parts inventory. The system is used for predicting the parts lifespan to immediately give a repair warning, thereby enhancing safety and security of traveling.
