  • Patent number: 11679830
Abstract: A bicycle seat post structure includes an upper tube, a lower tube, a height adjusting mechanism and at least one sliding member. The upper tube includes at least one stopping member. The lower tube has a first edge. The sliding member is movably disposed in the lower tube. The stopping member does not abut against the sliding member as the stopping member is in a first position. When the height adjusting mechanism is operated to allow the upper tube to move along an axial direction, the stopping member is switched to a second position and is restricted by the sliding member. The sliding member is operated to move along the axial direction so as to be positioned from one of a plurality of positions to another one of the plurality of positions, thereby changing a distance between the stopping member in the second position and the first edge.

  • Patent number: 8369016
Abstract: An optical sheet including a plurality of optical anisotropic films is provided. The optical anisotropic films of the optical sheet are alternately stacked on one another. Each optical anisotropic film has a plurality of main axis refractive indexes nx, ny and nz. The main axis refractive indexes nx and ny are in-plane main refractive indexes, and the main axis refractive index nz is a thickness-wise refractive index. The main axis refractive index nx is the minimum or the maximum among the main axis refractive indexes nx, ny and nz. Each optical anisotropic film has an optcial axis, and a direction of the optical axis is the same to a main axis direction of the main axis refractive index nx. The optical axes of the optical anisotropic films sequentially rotates along a predetermined in a thickness direction, and a totally rotation angle thereof is greater than or equal to 360 degrees.

  • Publication number: 20110090317
Abstract: A stereovision system is disclosed, which comprises: at least one diffractive optical element and an optical imaging device. Each of the diffractive optical element is used for allowing a first beam containing information relating to an object to pass through and thus transforming the same into a second beam containing information relating to the object. The optical imaging device is used for receiving the second beam so as to concentrate the energy thereof for forming an Mth-order diffraction image. By combining the aforesaid Mth-order diffraction image with another energy-concentrated Nth-order diffraction image, a series of images can be formed. Accordingly, by comparing the disparity between corresponding points in the series of images, the distance between the object and the diffractive optical element can be obtained. It is noted that the aforesaid M and N represent the order of diffraction.

  • Patent number: 7605984
Abstract: A lens device with an adjustable focal length is provided. The lens device includes a non-conductive liquid droplet, which is surrounded by air or immiscible liquids. The non-conductive liquid droplet is placed on a bottom plate. The bottom plate includes a set of first electrodes. The set of first electrodes is disposed in such a way that the set of first electrodes are capable of being selectively biased to respectively create a first voltage potential difference between the liquid droplet and each of the set of first electrodes. With the first voltage potential differences, a dielectric force is induced, and the profile of the non-conductive liquid droplet is adjustable. Thus, the focal length of the lens is adjustable.
