  • Publication number: 20100271600
Abstract: An illuminance device including a gas discharge lamp, an airflow generator, and a distributing duct is provided. The lamp has a reflector, a base connected to the reflector, a burner installed in the reflector, and the base, a first opening located at the reflector and a front part of the lamp, and a second opening located at a rear part of the lamp and exposing the burner. The distributing duct has an inlet, a first outlet, and a second outlet, and an opening area of the first outlet is larger than that of the second outlet. A cooling airflow provided by the airflow generator enters the distributing duct via the inlet, the distributing duct guides a part of the cooling airflow to the first opening via the first outlet, and the distributing duct guides another part of the cooling airflow to the second opening via the second outlet.

  • Publication number: 20100181886
Abstract: A heat dissipating module is adapted for transferring heat from a heat source. The heat dissipating module includes a first heat sink, a fan, a second heat sink, and a partition. The first heat sink is adapted to be connected to the heat source and has an outlet. The fan is disposed adjacently to the first heat sink. The second heat sink is connected to the first heat sink. The partition is disposed between the first heat sink and the second heat sink and has an inlet, and the position of the inlet is corresponding to the position of the fan. An airflow driven by the fan is capable of flowing through the second heat sink, the inlet, and the first heat sink in sequence, and the airflow is capable of exiting from the outlet of the first heat sink.

  • Patent number: 7760930
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a system and method for recognizing a defect image associated with a semiconductor substrate. In one example, the method includes collecting defect data of the defect image by testing and measuring the semiconductor substrate, extracting a pattern from the defect data, normalizing a location, orientation, and size of the pattern, and identifying the pattern after the pattern is normalized.

  • Publication number: 20100135025
Abstract: A lighting module includes a light source, a heat sink, a case, and a fan. The light source has a light emitting surface and a bottom surface opposite thereto. The heat sink is disposed at the bottom surface of the light source and includes a heat sink mass having a heat dissipation surface, wherein the heat dissipation surface is opposite to the bottom surface. The case is disposed to the heat sink and has a module airflow inlet and a module airflow outlet. The fan is disposed to the case or the heat sink for driving airflow to sequentially pass through the module airflow inlet, the heat sink, and the module airflow outlet. The case is capable of making the flowing direction of the airflow passing the module airflow outlet the same as the light emitting direction of the light emitting from the light emitting surface.

  • Publication number: 20090148737
Abstract: A heat exchanging element adapted to a fuel cell system includes a plurality of heat exchanging units and a fixing unit. The heat exchanging units are arranged to be spaced apart from one another along a first direction. The fixing unit fixes the heat exchanging units. Each of the heat exchanging units is demarcated into a first part and a second part extending from the first part by the fixing unit. A thermal conductivity coefficient of each of the heat exchanging units is higher than that of the fixing unit. The fixing unit is configured to slow heat conduction between the heat exchanging units. The heat exchanging element improves a heat recovery efficiency of the fuel cell system. In addition, two kinds of fuel cell systems using the above-mentioned heat exchanging element are provided.

  • Publication number: 20070247593
Abstract: A projector includes a housing, an optical engine module, a light source, a system fan and a lamp cooling fan. The housing includes a air vent and an intake. The optical engine module is disposed in the housing. The light source is disposed on one end of the optical engine module for providing light. The light source includes a first side and a opposite second side opposite to the first side. The system fan is disposed adjacent to the first side for generating an airflow flowing from the first side toward the light source. The lamp cooling fan is disposed adjacent to the second side for generating an airflow flowing from the second side toward inside of the light source and the first side. The airflow generated by the lamp cooling fan mixes with the airflow generated by the system fan and then is exhausted through the air vent.
